Arburon, 05 Mar 2021I want to upgrade to the S20. And I wanted to know if the o... moreI have had my S20 for a few months now and had three major software downloads. I'm on android 11, One UI version 3.0 and the overheating battery problem has gone away.
However, I would still not buy an S20 again as the battery life is terrible! I'm a conservative user, no games, movies, music etc, I only use it for calls, internet and occasionally use bluetooth and location and still have poor battery life. At 4000mAh the battery is no good. I even disabled knox as I read that it continually runs in the background, using battery!

First thing i do is turning on the battery saving mode. Short battery problem solved...

Coming from S8 which had a really nice selfie camera, I was shocked with my S20 (SM-G980F)... Deadly faces, unnatural contrast and colors, the depth, the field of view, the detail - everything is so wrong with this camera. No setting can fix it and I just stopped using any form of video chat.
I am so surprised that the reviews don't actually scream "don't turn on the selfie camera, you'll get scared".

Useless phone. I bought under urban Republic and the phone has got alot of issues. Firstly I gitbthe 3999 with the earbud. The earbud will only last you like 4months then one of it will not be functioning and I had to drop it at service under samsung. Once repaired told me it was involving some update then right after I took it back again the earbud wasn't functioning at all. Had to drop by again and send it for repair. Noted again today the power off button just came out of the phone. Like it was just paste with glue. Very fragile useless will not recommend

Resolution here is not correct. S21 has 1080x2400 (lower than all previous samsungs S phones) It has cheap display same as A71. Videos and photos looks terrible on it blury with low resolution. BTW s6 edge has higher resolution than this.Do not waste money on this better buy S20 10x times better

Massive fault,No notification light for msg's replys etc...Biggest complaint & detterant of this & future phones.So i can sit with my phone in front of me & will not be aware of any notification.Please can you look into being able to stop contract,dont want phone.
