Since this model was launched in April of 2022 with Android 12 and since samsung says they promise 3 updates , will I be able to get updates upto Android 15? I would like some clarity as there was a Samsung Galaxy S20 fe 5g which was launched sometime in 2020 in which they had given android 11 out of the box and they are saying that Galaxy S20 will not receive Android 14 update or One UI 6.0.... PLease kindly clarify this issue.....Thank you

I got a S20 FE for my wife from Amazon 2 days back.
It had 8GB RAM, Snapdragon 865. Android version was 13. It has 5G, but I think bands are limited. Still, it was supported in Airtel. Right now, an offer is going so we're getting unlimited 5G, but its not supported on hotspot. :D

I can't see any problem with Samsung updating the SoC to Snapdragon 870 and releasing it into the Global market. After all, 865, 865+, and 870 are still the most top-favoured flagship Snapdragon SoC even to this day. Also, with Android 12 out of the box and a four OS update policy, this phone will eventually get Android 16. I can only think of one reason why Samsung won't sell this phone globally: the Exynos S21 FE.
