Oliver Wafula, 23 Apr 2022Stupidest comment I've read on the internet today 0 rebuttal. you've acknowledged 0% of what I've said, completely out of your mind if you think a Low-end phone(the Tecno you wrote about owning) with a garbage SoC will take better photos than a near Flagship device just cuz it has a 48mp sensor. IDK if you'e going to be able to handle this but take a look at the ENTIRE line-up of phones Samsung released before the S20, and tell me that a single one of those devices took a better video/photo than the respective flagship of that year whilst having a higher MP count(cuz this is what you're arguing). Again HIGH MEGAPIXELS COUNTS DO NOT TRANSLATE TO OUTRIGHT BETTER QUALITY. there are so many other factors to take into account, regardless of what a marketing department will tell you.

Well to be honest I am not surprised they re-released this phone since it was the last awesome Fan phone Samsung had: Great Camera (at least 3X optical Zoom), great screen size, 120Hz screen, Great battery, MICROSD SIM CARD Support, low Sar Rating, etc.
They would sell more if they keep doing what they were great on making.

Mostly in stock android 6 GB would be ok for daily tasks
For custom rom if you go for 8 GB that's good
Having more ram is good as it does not slow down the phone in long run, also with future software updates, it remains good

i'm also confused. i search a lot some are saying no need 8gb or more and the 6gb of ram is really enough it is the software optimization plays a crucial role in the speed

The issue is not how many apps, but how much each app needs. Web browsers can consume a lot of RAM: each tab requires memory. Ditto for taking pictures / videos.

Or there must be some manufacturing defect with your unit
Also check your sim tray if rubber lining is intact or has it been dismantled while removing or inserting it?
Have you got it checked at an authorised service center?
