My s20 fe is still on one ui 2.5,I got bog problems with the mobile while playing games,touch issues everywhere especially cod mobile. I notice the touch issue while is present if u use the mobile while charging. Also the in call bug is very annoying

ideally both should give almost same battery life if we consider snapdragon variant, exynos sucks battery
s10 5g looks far premium
i am surprised to see, it has almost same and even better specs than s20 fe 5g released more than 2 years after its launch
i believe till s10 Samsung made very high quality flagships

also if it is in exynos in your region, again no use
if you get a snapdragon version of s10 5g at a lower price and don't care much about software updates then it is a better choice i guess.

Force stop and choose clear cache of the unnecessary apps and choose clear cache (not clear data) for all the used apps.
Make sure that you are in a strong mobile network coverage area.
Switch off the phone. Remove the SIM card + memory card and wipe with anti static cloth and insert back. Then switch on the phone. Try to make calls now.
Or
Try with a another SIM card from the same operator and also try with a another SIM from a different operator.
Try and reply.
Hope your problem gets solved now.

Anyone here who notice the s20 fes in call bug? My s20 fe dont end its on call status sometimes making the speaker to be not playing any sound or sounds routed at the earpiece. I have to always restart the phone to clear the in call status of it. This happends when u try to call multiple of times then hung up. Like u are trying to do a miss call to someone multiple times.

Buy a new S20 FE 5G from amazon website of the country you are in. Check whether they give replacement guarantee. Amazon India gives 7 days replacement guarantee on phones and other costly devices and 10 days on small products. If the amazon in your country offers replacement policy, buy from there.
Or if there is Samsung store in your area, go and ask them what to do if the new S20 FE 5G has the problem you reportef. If they offer replacement within few days, buy from them itself.

Then, you have the right to get a replacement.
Company has no right not to replace a faulty unit.
They should replace it.
Also as you have mentioned that you have reached to customer service well within their replacement period, if they have taken longer to resolve or not resolved, it's their fault.
Better to approach and escalate the matter to higher authority with all the proof and ask for replacement.
You have paid the money, you have right to use normal functioning device. My thoughts :)
