I am using the CP and the home CSC files from the Feb 2023 patch of the android 13 version in my first S20 FE 5G phone that is currently running with android 12 (October 2022) patch. I did this to make Jio 5G n78 (3500 MHz) band work in the android 12.

But I took 3 hours to flash. I mean reading all the procedures carefully and doing each step one by one slowly.

    For the first time, I agree with Sudhakar (s35ym), I updated my other phone to One UI 6.0 and I hate it. The new notification panel design is very bad. One UI 5.1 was so much better. I visited service center and they also had One UI 6.0. So, downgrade is not possible now. I had used Odin to flash One UI 5.1 but I don't trust firmwares downloaded from third party websites.

It still turns on and I can feel the vibration when holding the power button.                                     Samsung's weak FPC connector (problem on other models as well) causes issues with charging (left +5V USB pin?) and display among many, you have to buy a new part and solder it after taking the phone apart unless anyone knows any other way?
