Got it about a month ago. It's a great phone, smooth performance and no lag at all. But battery life is terrible. Almost charging it twice daily. Any solutions?

Rash, 25 Aug 2021Does this have heating issue? Anyone who's using lemm... moreI have it for 3 months now. It heats a bit only on heavy graphics games. I use it both for work and gaming, it does the job really well. Battery lasts for an entire day.

I have a problem with mobile hot-spot... Everytime i turn on the hot-spot and connect to my pc, the Internet connection become unavailable in both my smartphone and my pc.. As i turn off the hot-spot, then only the Internet connection in my smartphone available.. Such a frustrating issue as now WFH required me to frequently use the hot-spot..

I'm currently using a Mi A2 lite and replaced the battery 6 months ago and still only getting 2 hours SOT. Not great considering its my only device so I am quite excited to try out a flagship like the s20 fe after a few years using budget devices.

So I'm currently considering d... moreyeah, phones can definitely last 4 years and even more. there is maintenance though, deleting apps and erasing unneeded data will help extend the lifespan right now Im typing on a 4years old xiaomi mi a1, I got the battery replaced though(for 10box) say 6 month ago.
I do expect s20fe too to last four years for the price tag it has it sounds like it should.

Need some advice peeps. So I'm currently considering devices; The A52 4G, A52 5G, Poco F3, S20 FE 4G but Snapdragon. Now if I get say the S20FE I would ideally hope it can last 4 years due to its price difference from the rest of the devices. Has anyone here ever had a device run smoothly for 4+years? Otherwise I would just get the A52 and perhaps switch in 3 years time with saved up money.

Anonymous, 01 Aug 2021I'm planing to buy this phone is this heating issueI've noticed some heating with high internet traffic. And I have my suspicion it's because 5G module is separated from CPU so there's extra energy going around inside covers, not problematic though unless it's midsummer heatwave and you're using phone to upload some full HD 60 FPS PC gaming stream while sharing internet with it for other devices.
Absolutely, worth it. Just a word of caution though. Display likes, or LOVES, to break while fully covered with casing, glass properly armored and casually drop it on carpet from around height of knee.
Back cover is plastic that bends on impact which creates stress on display glass. It's really the only problematic choice they made with this phone. And that just feels like, there's really no reason for it being made of plastic...

S20 Fe 5g user, 10 Aug 2021The super fast charging still doesn't work(65w pd cha... moreWhenever I use a 65W or even 100W laptop/Chromebook charger, it always seems to default to 15W fast charging. I can only achieve Super Fast Charging when I use an actual USB C 25W charger.

Hy guys, so I have the s20 fe 5g 8gb red one item! I'm taking it after an xz2 6gb version! Both phones great ones! I upgraded bcoz X2 will be stucked with Android 10. It's hard to get used with the front camera.. The notch cut etc it's annoying, but you can get around it. Now some details about the s20 fe 5g 8gb : great display, and the 120hz it's so fast! Great procesor, the SD 865 it's blazing fast with no heating! And I'm a gamer etc. The battery is insane good! I use it many hours on Netflix and other video apps! The cameras are good too! I advise to buy protection; on the back some regenerating skin and for the front {bcoz of gorilla Glas 3} some tempered glass 9h protection! And a rugged case! You Will thank me later! All in all, a great phone and at a very good price right now! I recomand it easily against any pricier phone! I found it at 529 euro! The 128 rom, 5g and 8gb ram version. I also bought a 9w wi-fi fast charger and a Samsung 25w wired charger! Both working perfect with the phone!
