Anyone experience with the dongle life? Ordered one for headphones but my fe says it is not compatible with it. Usb error. Maybe with an update? Help would be super.

Anonymous, 09 Oct 2020Exynos 990 is a 5G chips, Note 20 5G is using Exynos 990.
Exynos 990 is 5G capable standalone processor. Which means it needs to be paired with 5G modem to enable its 5G network. As with the S20 5G and note 20 5G cases. Sadly, no for this S20 FE. It only capable of doing 4G LTE only.
Congratulations on developed countries who lucky enough to get the S20 FE 5G snapdragon. While the rest of the world (read: developing n poor countries) get the crappy exynos 4G only version.

I spent hours reviewing screen protectors for the S20+ and though one may think the problem is related to the curved screen (where the S20 FE is not) in reality the blasted fingerprint reader is the problem. If you go with tempered glass, they don't work properly. The only one so far that appears to work is the Whitestone Dome Glass and it is not cheap.
(IMO the S20+ with 12GB on sale is a better option over the S20 FE)

I'm from belgium so we are very close. Ordered a dongle from samsung, will use my akg headphones from older phone. Not a mayor problem and i have some bluetooth headsets from jbl aswell.

It's weird where the front selfie camera cannot focus eventhough manual press on screen. I need to adjust the distance between me & phone to get the focus right.

But Samsung Galaxy S20+ 5G (Exynos 990) only
both cost the same price tag in this region...
S20+ 5G looks much premium build with good specs...
the only difference between this 2 devices are the chip set (Snapdragon vs Exynos)

what is the point of having 32 bit 384 khz audio tuned by akg when you dont have analog audio out jack ?
even if it had, still meaningless and exaggerated numbers to mislead consumers.

Have it since yesterday and it is amazing. Great flat screen, 120hz, great cameras, very snappy phone. Just amazing sammy made this. They are killing the more expensive line up with this one. No need for a 1000 euro or more phone with this one. No glass back, no prob, use a case, prob solved.
