why did samsung downgrade the ram on the s21 all the way to the s24?!?! the galaxy s24 ultra has less ram!! why samsung? why?!?!

jake109, 02 Dec 2023did you buy it not on the original samsung?If u bought it new u would have got it fixed under warranty since all galaxies comes with 2 year's of warranty.

4 years later. Battery life is still amazing, easily takes me throughout the day and by nighttime I have roughly 30% left. Screen is still bright and beautiful as from day one but it has developed two solid green lines and a couple faint ones that are barely noticeable. Cameras still take great images and videos but I had to shift to aftermarket camera apps as the stock camera app crashes with a camera failed warning. The 0.5 lens doesn't work totally. Now with the device missing out on Android 14 I guess it's time to upgrade

My galaxy S20 Ultra 5G Battery become useless within 6 months, moreover its canera has also some problem like dust cover the camera which is very suffocating.

I'm looking to add a 2nd cell line & purchase a not so expensive cell phone. (this will be temporary so I don't want to spend alot) I currently have a Iphone 12 Pro Max. Will the Samsung S20 Ultra be sufficient?

MH, 24 Oct 2023Pls need an opinion between Galaxy s21 ultra vs Galaxy s20 ultra Altough very similar in performance, cameras on the S21 Ultra are much improved. Ultrawide has Autofocus and you gain 3X and 10X instead of just the "5X" of the S20U .
Also, S21 Ultra will get One UI6 :)

another disappointed product from Samsung. I bought this phone 1 year ago and use it minimally as I use it as my secondary phone, not my primary phone. However, last month the charging port suddenly failed and I cannot charge my phone right after I accidentally click on the update software button. I had to bring it to the repair shop to replace the charging port. After my horrible experience with S20+ and S20 Ultra, I would never buy from Samsung again

Hi there am using s20 ultra 5g snapdragon version and I base in Nigeria though I order the phone from Amazon, am still on android 12 no update to 13 for a year plus now, always saying up to date. Please need help

Stormyweather, 17 Sep 2023Why is second hand unit prone to green line?That is also my Question, it's started with 1 green line, then soon many lines coming out ang discoloration too. Sometimes it happened after the updates. Why Samsung did not tell about this issue? I hope they will reslove this issue. I love Samsung display esp. With S & Note series. But also Disappointed.

Now, I bet many people are facing this issue(there are countless people in the forums), the green screen after scan lines. The mobile didn't fall or anything. After an update, I started noticing scan lines that were visible on white back ground and after few days, all of a sudden, the green white display. Now the thing is, it comes and goes as it pleases. I tried all the solutions however none worked. I read online that so many people are facing this problem and samsung still hasn't addressed it. Pretty disappointed.
