Not the best of the best for this price but still is better than other premium smartphones.
Problems:
1. Completely blurry screen when super slow mo mode is enabled. You won't be able to take any shot.
2. Fingerprint sensor is slow.
3. Sometimes Google Chrome freeze the screen and doesn't respond to your touches.
4. Getting hot very quickly.
5. Discharges ridiculous fast.
6. Camera still need improvements.
7. No Snapdragon chip, but cost same money as in other non US countries.
9. Not included phone cover, but still cost same money.
And now tell me why it cost 1400 euros. Where is that value? Whats make it so perfect and costly?

For the price of the phone, Samsung has not delivered the 'Wow' factor in styling. It is one ugly phone with the over-sized camera panel in the back. It is definitely one big turn off. I wouldn't be proud to show off this phone in public. Hopefully all the advances on the inside of the phone can be repackaged in the future release of the Note version. Otherwise, the slump in sales for Samsung will continue, giving time for Huawei to finalize any deal with the US to make their phone more accessible.

I don't understand why for American market it brings the Snapdragon chipset and for the rest the Exynos, which is a worse chipset. For example the Huawei Mate 30 Pro brings Kirin 990 chipset for over the world.

i just brought S20 ultra,its just like S10 plus just the design changed abit
the battery not good as iphone 11 pro max,the camera not steady as huawei p40 pro+
seriously samsung only 4 finger print can input...what ashame for1300$ smartphone

I am not a Samsung fanboy just a samsung user i think some people here at this side have post alot of bad comments about the S20 Ultra i have this phone since 13 of march and did nt expirience any problems except with autofokus and this has been fixed and works now propperly and fast in video mode yrerees her the fokus is abit slow but also this will be fixed in the next update . The pihoto quality during daytime is excellent low ligth pictures are also excellent i dont see here any problems at all . It is very strange the s20 Ultra is covering 50 percent of s20 famlies sales . Here in the nordic countries there is 25 percent tax so if you take that away the price is actuall y much lower thats what most reviewer dont tell you . i dont thrust most you tube reviewers most of them dont do a god job .

I do not understand why they do not provide a 3.5 mm jack in the flagship phones. Note 9 has a 3.5 mm jack but it was also placed in the wrong place. A 3.5 mm jack should be placed in the upper side of the mobile. Now I am using Note 10 plus, it has no 3.5 mm jack, alternate they provide USB 3.1 port which is also in the lower side of the phone. If you try to enjoy a music or a video or playing a game, most of the person grip their phone in the vertical position so that a pressure goes through the wire of the ear phone. As a result wire of the ear phone broken many times. So I think Samsung should provide 3.5 mm jack in their every upcoming phones and it must be placed in the upper side of the phone like Sony.

I'm not in USA.
No snapdragon, no Samsung. Exynos is far behind than Snapdragon.
