Hi guys i ve had the galaxy s21 plus 256 gb when it has veen first launched .10 days ago i was making a phone call it was fine put it down then a message come through and
The screen went black no display i have tried every possible way to get it back but with no luck.contacted samsung support via chat they booked a courier to pick it up the next day .after 3 days chasing the repair team i was told you device can not be repaired so i had to chase the resolution team 3 days later i got hold of them then they offerd me a new replacement or a refund i opted for a replacement they said it will take to 12 qorking days to process the order now its been 11 day with oit a phone bottom line before you buy a s21 think twice the customer is useless .they admitted that the s21 has the plack screen of seath issue do not buy this shit phone

Since I noticed, Major samsung phones including flagships,
they do say eye care ON, but I observed using 2-3 brands like oneplus/apple/samsung/oppo
I see samsung phones makes more eye burn or eye strain than other brands.
I don't know if eye care (blue light filter not implemented properly or) but using device for some more time give you black out sometimes.
May be samsung providing display to other brands but still their own implementation seems weak.

Anonymous, 23 Sep 2021You must be blind thenProbably. Because I'm holding s21+ and s21 ultra, s8+ with 2k screens right now and I can't see difference at all :). Maybe you are looking to close. In this case you are hurting your eyes.

Well played Samsung..... Giving resolution of 1080x2400 (394ppi) of Galaxy S21+ just like A72. And branding this as premium flagship smartphone. This is not fair.......!!!

This is the best phone I've ever had.
I am using this phone since launch date. Screen is super sharp, bright and smooth and for me colors are perfect. Mostly I'm multitasking, always using BT(watch, galaxy buds pro) and never got perfomance issues(spotify, youtube, facebook, net surfing at the same time no problem).
Battery life is great too. I'm always getting 6-8hours of screen time with 48hours of usage. BT always on, always on display on, brightness on auto, nfc on, mobile data/wifi always on.
Camera is amazing and super smooth. I can take photos fast. Videos are great. Video stabilization on 1080p60 is great. Night shots are great.
Overall beast phone with amazing camera and battery life. I highly recommend you to buy it.
