I am just waiting for samsung galaxy s22 to lunch.
If samsung lunch 1080p display on s22. I am sure I will be moving on samsung to iphone. And that will be my first iphone.and that will be iphone 13 mini.
Samsung should learn something from iphone. Samsung only copy design and flow the iphone. Removing charger headphone jack. Iphone had maintain there standard. And sumsung is downgrading.samsung is falling down. Some of samsung model using ips display with high price like m52 5g 2021. LOL.
Look at iphone 13 mini spec. They just nailed it.
Samsung should do something like that. With 1440p display on s22. In a compact size.
They should lunch s22 cheaper version 1080p display
Luxury version s22 with 1440p display.
Or
Samsung s22 fe with cheaper version 1080p display
Samsung s22 fe Luxury version 1440p display
It's a fan edition. Why samsung thinking only of cheaper version fan edition people. I am the Fan of Luxury version they should think of 1440p display people.( they just lunch s21 with 1080p display)LOL.
Then why they are lunching s21 fe.
I really don't see the need for s21 fe!! Samsung can just make the s21 cheaper. Then realease this models next year:
S22 mini (1080p display )
S22 ( 1440p display) (with no plastic back)
S22 plus
S22 ultra (with an s pen slot)
S22 ultra (without an s pen slot)
I just hate the fact that samsung releases too many phones yearly. It's a good news that Samsung has finally decided to merge the note series with the s series. Cox i don't really see the point of producing the note series anymore. Recently the note series feels like a downgrade to s series. Its just the s pen slot & boxxy feel of the note that feels different.

Very bad experience for the money given for this device, previously I was using Huawei Nova 5T and compared to that phone everything is worse in performance the only better is the camera on this device. For the money paid is disaster.

FHD+ in a resolution that were high end in 2014 not in 2021. When you hold your phone close to your face you can see any quality difference and in some games sure is fast , but lacks in quality. FHD+ 120hz has a miid range smartphone not a premium one.

I understand that samsung trying to made this phone a lot more affordable while keeping just a little high end stuff. But, they kinda forget the fact that this thing only applies in some region. The exynos version doesn't have 5g, and this is well known and Samsung just keep forgetting about it. Not only the exynos version is bad but in some country where taxes rate is bad, it's no longer cheaper. In my country this phone cost 1/3 more than the s21 in the US and we get the exynos chipset. It's worse and even expensive than the last year s20 fe especially in my country. I'm not hating it but at least they should provide even better chipset.

Kelvin3241, 21 Sep 2021Why is the phone so expensive yet it is made from plastic?it features the snapdragon 888 which if you actually done some research, would have found out that all the phones that feature this processor are expensive. the display by itself is around 220USD, 120 HZ adaptive, the plastic back is not because samsung was being cheap, but because they needed an easier way to have passive cooling for the SD888, if they featured a glass back, the phone would heat up to insane temperatures and thermal throttle.
I personally have this phone and i can say that there is nothing wrong about the plastic back, it doesent feel like plastic at all.

From 2014 they did not use that resolution on S-series ( except budget ones). there are 2 types of people who buy high end smartphones : 1 people who whant better features and best on the market and 2 people who whant the new shinny thing and have no ideea what that thing can do,
If the second type are more than the first you can understand why Samsung reduced the costs.
People are complaining about a 15$ charger and don t care about a 300$ display quality compare to a 150$ one.

Just checking as GSMArena said the realme x50 pro was dual sim in UK and sadly it wasn't.

I used S10 and S10e who has the same cpu , the same gpu , dynamic amoled , the difference is that s10 has 1440p screen and s10e has 1080p and surely i can see the diference. And i can see it even more if a play a game with good graphics , i play the same game on s10 and s10e and in that game is a bigger quality diference from graphics ( and the GPU are the same in both models)

iwo, 17 Sep 2021I have lg v30 with 1440p and s21 with 1080p display. I prom... morelg v30 was made in 2017 , S21 5g is made in 2021. And LG V30 doesn t have Super AMOLED or Dynamic Amoled.
I for exemple used s10e and now i use s10 , they both have the same CPU , the same GPU, the same Dynamic AMOLED , but s10 has 1440p and s10e has 1080p screen. Sure when you use it just for scroll and nothing graphic is not a big difference. But i play the same game Marvel Champions and dude the game quality is kinda big difference. I had in my hand S20 , S10 and S21 and i can surely see the downgrade Display of S21. Surely S21 is super fast , but the screen is not best quality and you can t deny it.
I say that as an Samsung Fan , i use Samsung long before android existed , but not even Apple never downgrade screen quality on smartphone for the new one.
People are upset that they did not include a charger that cost 15$ but they don t care about the screen quality that cost 300$.

I have lg v30 with 1440p and s21 with 1080p display. I promise you I can't tell the difference. Quit saying 1080p is bad comparing to 1440p. Clearly, you have no idea what you are talking about. Id prefer 1080p because it saves battery!!! Most of yall on here is so ignorant.

As the iPhone 13 pre orders were opened, they might go on sale on September 24th! The only thing that's efficient was that the 120hz display is now available for the pro line this year, which is an improvement over its predecessor, though the ProRes Video recording format isn't likely to be supported until the end of this year!
