Why this phone getting so popular in Gsmarena. It's just a carbon copy of the S21, well actually worse and more expensive.

    the s21 surprised me a lot but it was more expensive at the time now with the arrival of the s21 faith I think I have the characteristics I wanted but for me it is not a little expensive well depending on each country's currency because if you live in the United States it is cheap but if you are from latin america it makes you expensive also one point is that in some regions it is sold with the 888 5g but in latin america you have to see its processor I would buy it but samsung removed the charger I think samsung should not follow the steps of appleremove the charger does not justify anything only that it increases the light also because it is absurd that samsung includes a charger in its series A but good to buy it and see for yourself because it may be the best-selling phone of 2020 but it will have competition if the redmi note 11 11 pro come out and 11 pro plus open what to say goodbye

      I have yet to replace my flagship S10. Very disappointed after samsung removed 3.5mm jack & sd slot on their latest flagship aswell as the upcoming S22. Though I hoped they haved kepted it on their FE editions which sadly is actually worse since its also overpriced. Guess will have to get Sony flagship this year to replace my aging S10 as it seems their the last company to not follow the trends of removing functionality/features on their phones.

      Also I suggest or recommend getting the Galaxy A52s instead for those wanting a samsung phone without compromises of removed functionality/features.

        - the high end buyers are rich, most of them dont know what they buy, looks good, surely expensive, means stylish
        - those rich people, with no technical background, have extremely important data on their phone

        so ... no micro sd, no 3.5 mm plug means ... easier to get their data, what they are talking about when they are on call with bluetooth can be easier tapped, and those data, maybe its their important multi-national or multi-international information

        ooohhh ... they really know what they are doing ... why designing high ends and upper class mid ranger with no external storage and all wireless digital, no room for analog connection to outside world, all data must keep in the phone

              And it support 5g connectivity too.
              For me it's more than enough for gaming rather than have to experience overheating and throttling performance too much.
              Livin' in this tropical country definitely need cool chipset like 778g. 888 will overheating too often based on the reviews on local tech YouTubers.
              Also samsung should not removing SD slot or jack in their fan edition phone. If yes what's the difference than with the regular one?
              I heard that next A53 will lose headphone jack and use Exynos chipset which is bad for emulation gaming.
              So having this A52S on my hand is really great deal to me.
              I recommend this phone for those who want all rounded phone with very capable chipset and they are Sammy fans like me now.

Let me justify, the camera on s21 fe are better dispite it's pixel disadvantage. The a52s cam combo is main+ultrawide+macro+depth which is 2 cam are basically useless(ultrawide cam can be macro if it have auto focus and depth sensing can be done in software) meanwhile on s21 fe cam combo is main+ultrawide(auto focus)+tele(ois) which arguably far better plus the image processing prowess of sd888. The s21 fe are comparable to s21 in all terms which is flagship grade while a52s are midranger standard.

You can't just insult and judge people you don't even know.
                      You need to learn some manner.
                      FYI: the reason I sold my a52 to a good friend and buying again a a52s for my self is because: I need the powerful flagship like chipset SD 778g for emulate PS2 games on a phone with app called Aethersx2. SD 720g is considered midrange even 765g. And I cannot look for other brands because they lack of features I needed.
                      I guess you don't know any of that.

If you prefer sd card slot over small bump on performance then go for s20 fe since there are little to no difference between them, the camera hardware are identical, the display are little bit more advanced, battery are identical and lastly s20 fe are cheaper(in some market)

                          Maybe you and a group of others enjoy the wireless earphones, we do too, BUT there's a lot of us who prefer the 3.5mm headphone jack over BT or would atleast like the option to choose according to situations.
                          A few of the key reasons for that is the Audio quality, they don't need charging, and have zero latency. Keeping BT off on ur phone has its own advantages as well.

                          And SD card is important for having Two Separate storages,
                          it is not merely a 'need for more storage'.

A52s 5G with same capacity gets 113 hours, and 11 Lite 5G NE gets 122 hours with 4250 mAh. I'm sure they were expecting a drop in battery life but not by that much.                                       Zeus , 16 Jan 2022Yeah I prefer A72I just moved on from a52 to my A52s Because the snap 778g is really powerful. And it's rare to see this high tier chip in this price range. Let alone the IP 67 and sd slot.

                                      Even 765g which is underperformed nowadays still appear in phone with almost flagship price tag.
                                      Like the Vivo & Oppo.

                                      Samsung really have a great job this time.
                                      Excluding the S21!
