As reviewed by GSMArena, the Exynos variant is more battery friendly than the snapdragon. Look at the S21 reviewed has 92h with only 4000 mah and the snapdragon S21 FE has 93h with 4500 mah.

I'm a few days from buying it.
How long does battery last with Snapdragon cpu?
Is battery really awful, bad or average?
Do you still recommend buying this phone?

My S21 FE came with an Exynos processor. I come from a Samsung A70 so the jump is VERY, very big! The definition of the screen is fabulous and I put the cameras at the height of the iPhone 13 which I was using over the weekend. As everyone comments, the battery. I think that in my A70 it had the same or better performance even with 3 years of life. I have the last version downloaded from April. I have been with the mobile for 2 days and I am more than happy. Hopefully the next updates improve the battery. It's not bad, but it could reach a higher percentage at the end of the day. Hope its helps!

But other that this, all is premium quality. For the display 60 or 120 Hz or adaptive, makes no real visible difference. Price to quality it is good since everything is appreciated compared to it's price. I bought it in Romania and payed 600 Euros.

I honestly think this phone is a bad buy compared to Samsung's other lower specked models like the A52s. I regret my purchase, and I miss the 3.5 mm jack that I had on my previous phone. The main camera results are not quite up there with the regular flagship S21, despite having the same sensor, the ultrawide is worse than the regular S21, on par with the A52s (I think it might be the same sensor). The screen is missing the adaptive refresh from the S21. All in all, except wireless charging and a higher performance chipset, which in exchange gets hotter and consumes more power, this phone seems closer to A52s than the S21. The 6 GB of RAM on the base model is a bit low for a 2022 flagship. Also when comparing to other brands the missing charger is a nuisance, and should be added when considering the price (+25 $).

I bought the exynos version and since most reviews are about the snapdragon 888 version, I decided to write my experience and I hope it helps.
                  1. The body is grippy. I use a cover to keep it clean but it's so pleasing to hold.
                  2. Display is sharp and bright. The finger print scanner is fast and reliable (haven't tested with glass screen protectors yet), but it is indeed slower than Mi 11T pro.
                  3. Cameras are fantastic. Photos and videos. The flash on this device is actually the first one that I used and improved the photo quality rather than ruining it. You like comparisons? It easily goes neck and neck with the iphone 13( not pros)
                  4. Exynos chipset is powerful and combined with 8GB of ram the experience is buttery smooth and multitasking is not a big deal at all. IT DOESNT GET HOT. For the first day, it worried me by getting hot, then it received an update and never got hot again. However, if you do 4K 60fps video recording, the phone gets warm, but not botheringly hot. So don't worry about the chipset. I like the LTE modem too. It has great signal reciption and fast.
                  5. Battery: good but not excellent. I unplug the phone at around 8 AM and it has juice until 8 PM. But not more. I browse the webz do productivity and messaging tasks on dataz, not wifi. I think using wifi make it last longer. I'm always on 120hz and couldn't see it a major disadvantage for the battery life. How ever using always on display and 5G drain the battery faster. So turn them off if they are not life saving features for you. There is no charger in the box which does nothing but making you angry.
                  6. I moved from Xiaomi to Samsung for the software experience and I love One UI. It's sophisticated more than being beautiful. And the software support is good too, you get the updates for 5 years that actually mean something and you feel the changes.

Don't upgrade if you have S20 series including S20 FE 5G. These phones are enot fundamentally different.

If you are gamer and want a better battery experience go for the Mi 11 T pro. But if you want better cameras and software experience, S21 FE is the right choice.

                    I have a question?
Are Galaxy S21 FE speakers like the Galaxy S20 FE tuned by AKG?
Nowhere did I see it written!

one plus 9 pro or Samsung galaxy s21 fe?

The biggest battery drain, as I see it by testing, are 5G, 120 Hz display and that limit of CPU when it's off. So, by blocking 5G, setting the display at 60 Hz and limiting CPU, the battery will last a day. Of course, dark theme on and adaptive luminosity off also. So here is the question: why have a top display, chipset and 5G phone if you must limit them? Oh well, we can't have it all..at least the cameras are top.
