None's important files take up that much space.
So, don't give crap logic to show something bad.
Forget about me, my brother uses a 64GB storage smartphone, he doesn't use SD card. Most of my friends who has a phone storage of at least 64GB doesn't really use SD card that much.
Yeah I'm not supporting Samsung for ditching SD card. But it's very minimal.
Ditching the headphone jack was more serious.

You can be active and move stuff out of your phone to a cloud IF YOU WANT TO, Apple users have doing it for so long . I have a dual sim Note 9 128gb with 2 sims and no SD card I need the 2 sims which is MOST important for me. I just pre ordered a 256 GB ultra.

The last reason for me to buy a Samsung flagship smartphone was the presence of a micro SD card. Now that's gone too and there's nothing to stop me from buying a Chinese flagship model, which also has no SD card slots and costs half the price. Samsung is trying to match Apple, only Android flagship models are bought by tech freaks and not marketing freaks ala Apple.
Samsung has already tried to omit the SD card in previous S and Notes models. This failed miserably and was a disaster for Samsung. Then there was the battery disaster.
The S and Note 20 models were also a disaster from a technical point of view.
It seems that the Samsung strategists in Korea have learned nothing at all and add new mistakes to the old ones with every new model.

No SD card? No reason to buy. It's a shitty phone and the only reason to buy samsung was the SD card in the first place. Now it's just an iPhone. I really hope no one will buy this. I don't care about the great camera, the 120Hz display, the fingerprint scanner or any other gimmick. The most important thing in the phone is the memory! 512GB just won't be enough for the most of us.

What technical magic inside Samsung's own Exynos 2100 chip ? It is the same AMR structure and clocked 5% faster (Which means 5% worse battery time) but with 5% lower performance ? Details below:

The presence of SD cards was the last reason to buy a flagship smartphone from Sansung. Now this advantage is also gone. Now there is nothing to stop me from buying a smartphone from a Chinese competitor that costs only half as much.

I could get unlimited data for about 100 usd but I'm not inerested in paying 100 monthy when I could just pay once for a micro sd card and have everything ready to go.
I also dislike the idea of being dependent on 3rd party services like the cloud. I would be giving up too much freedom and being reliant on their servers always being online. It also introduces unnecessary security vectors. For me, the cloud is strictly back up.
I understand that some people won't mind and that's great. If you love this phone, more power to you.
I just don't like the trend of flagships dropping the sd card.

2021 and people still bitching about lack of headphones on a flagship when it has been established that flagships won't be having that old accessory again 😑😑😑. My advice buy a midrange or another cheap phone if a headphone Jack is so important to you. Meanwhile the rest of the world will move on enjoying bluetooth headsets. The only downside to this phone is lack of sd card slot but I am one of those persons who don't need to upgrade every year or two. I have a note 10 plus and almost a year now and I good to go for a few years to come

Are you just envious of people who can buy one and you can't so you complain about it?? Seriously, some of the comments on here make me laugh so much totally dumb people
