Always test the speeds with and without and with cheap SD cards as well to see the results.

actually I think Samsung is frauding fans, we really have been loved samsung specially note series and innovative technologies in Samsung devices but after note 8 it seems that Samsung is frauding us with removing many features and hardware, in note 9 they removed 3d touch, in note 10 they removed 3d touch, iris scanner, heart bit sensor and jack 3.5 plus not supporting VR and gear Vr anymore, in note 20 they removed TOF camera and 3d scanning features as well in s21 they gonna remove charger I'm afraid they finally sell us an empty box !
