Ali, 01 Mar 2023Samsung Note 20 Ultra or Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G which ... moreI have the S21 Ultra and my wife has the Note20 Ultra, both Snapdragon variants. We got these almost 2 years ago and they have both been great devices. My S21 Ultra has 16GB's of ram vs the Notes 12GB's. That, along with the S21's faster processor, it definitely performs better than the Note. The S21 does not come with an S-Pen but does support it. We have always got the same devises but she likes to take a lot of videos and was concerned about not having a microSD card slot. Both devises have been getting consistent updates, both are on Android 13, the S21 has One UI version 5.1 but the Note is still on One UI version 5. We usually upgrade every 2 years which will be in May. We will probably both go with the S23 Ultra. So in my opinion, the S21 Ultra is probably the better choice, but they are both great devices.

Don't flash any rom on the S21U Qualcomm, qualcomm variants aren't compatible with most custom recoverys and kernels, also custom ROMS.
