Hi to everyone,
My s21Ultra G-998U1 US unlocked version (located in Europe), has a problem with upgrades. I got One UI 5 in January (I think that I'm the last one in my country🙄) with a November security patch and I didn't get any after so far. I read that is a problem with updates and the phones just getting stuck on some versions with no other updates. Can you have some solution for this?

Software issue can resolve with update on other hand display issue need replacement

are you getting 5g? because i am not... i have tried both airtel and jio sim on sm-g998b, tried every setting possible, it's just not working... whats your experience?

Hey Folks, I’m currently using iPhone 11 , recently I want to switch to new phones, S21 ultra Snapdragon version is currently on my mind , I like this model but will someone suggest will it be okay to get this model which is released 2 years ago, will be a good upgrade? If not which phone will u suggest ? Need you opinion friends

The reason why Is Now days Most of the Android manufacturers (Especially Samsung) are intentionally Reducing Performance of phone & camera when they launching new Lineup smartphones ( S series) . They reducing performance of the smartphones because that way customer thought new smartphone in the market are superior to their own smartphone. It's a cheating process . But other hand iPhone also applied the same system to their old lineups but it's not much affecting atleast cameras !
My s21 ultra camera superior when it launched but now picture quality decreasing drastically! It's a crime from Samsung.

First of all I never use Battery power saving mode , last day I went to Samsung service centre and they show me a bunch of Samsung s series and A series model yet to Receive 5G Support Update {India}. They clearly shown me the list Released by the Company and They told me update rollout soon . And the funny part is low end SM 5G devices already gets the update.

Regardless though - if you ordered/purchased an S21 Ultra and what you received is NOT a S21U, then you should easily be able to return it for an exchange or refund.
