The One UI 6.1 update may toll out to the S22 series next week, in specific regions. Europe, Asia. I hope the burn-in fix will be finally fixed with the update.

Yes, I feel OS differences a lot - Samsung is much better, but its ok [ funtouch os is also good except notification and few other glitches]

If it's that, download Odin and Frija, download latest firmware, flash (use HOME_CSC to keep your data) and try that, because if it's not white while booting and only while it's booted, it's probably a software issue.
If you enter download mode, is it white too, or does it show text in download mode? If it's not white even then then it's a software issue which is likely resolved by flashing firmware thus fixing system files.
If that doesn't work, flash CSC instead of HOME_CSC to wipe your data. Or you can try to replace the screen to keep your data. But if it's not white while booting, in recovery and in download mode then it's likely an issue with screen drivers in the OS (maybe they became corrupted or something) which a firmware flash should solve.
MAKE SURE to flash ALL the files, not just CSC or HOME_CSC (can't use both, only one CSC).

Pankaj T, 05 Apr 2024thank you very much.. will try to do it todayKnow this: there are two CSC files: CSC and HOME_CSC. CSC resets the phone while HOME_CSC does an upgrade without reset.
Put either into Odin's CSC slot.

Zero, 04 Apr 2024S908E/DS - KSA is already on S908EXXS7DXC2 which is the cur... moreYou can use a free standalone program called Frija to download latest instead - it will download and decrypt it from Samsung servers. You enter your model number (without /DS if dual-sim), CSC (country code) and SN (or IMEI instead of SN).
You can find SN and IMEI by dialing *#06# on your dialer.
It will then create an archive with all the BL, AP and so on which you extract for use with ODIN.

Just had this issue recently
-While watching facebook my phone suddenly flash white then after restart its all white still
-already went to samsung authorized repair center they said its a screen replacement
-even though i never drop my phone...
i hate samsung now

If you know how to manual flash firmware like, you can go ahead and visit https://samfw.com/firmware/SM-S908E/KSA and just manually flash the official firmware.
P.S. Make sure to back everything up before doing anything to your phone.

It s also hard for them to reach the center of the phone while on landscape mode. And especially to those people that are having a hard time to fit a big phone on their small pockets. If that's the case, then it'll be a phablet/tablet already.

s23 ultra has better cooling than s22 ultra, but unless if you game all the time, i don't think it makes a big difference.
