Some ... moreGo for the S22 Ultra for a better package experience, the S22 Ultra battery can be good or bad, depending on the chipset and the quality of the same, some S22U got low quality chipsets and that's why the bad battery life, others got as good unit and get good battery life.

Should I be concerned with the battery of this model? Some people say it's really bad, other say it's good enough for a full day of heavy use. Don't know what to believe. I'm talking about the exynos model btw. This or the s23 plus? Which to choose?

I think is strictly related to how I use it, being new phone I used it a lot more than previous one, which I had for 1 year and 5 months. Obviously I whipped it hard :). Battery backup isn't great anyway and if I use it hardcore battery is draining, of course.

AnonD-1090716, 12 May 2023Wait for a few days more to see if the pattern still improv... moreWorks great, for example Facebook app is so optimised I have to pay attention at the way I scroll, or else I scroll multiple pages, that's how fast it is. By default it put resolution to FHD, I set it to 1440p, I like my phones to use at full features. All apps are very snappy, I didn't play yet, and I don't plan to, soon. What I observed is that apps are installed way slower than my GT2 Pro, maybe because of Knox and extra security. Also fingerprint works when it wants, even I put same finger 3 times (I use a silicone film over screen), thing that never happened on my previous phone. Overall only the battery thing troubles me, but the phone is very nice and quality and technical support are top.

After running the May update for a few days now, I wouldn't recommend it. It makes your phone less responsive. Guess I'll be reverting back to April update

I bought this phone, came on Monday. The battery backup is criminal, I have to charge it in the evening to pass the night without dying out. Today it was a little better, lasted more. I read on other sources that the phone is learning your usage and it will last a lot better after it completes the learning of usage patterns. I don't understand how the endurance is 108h, is quite big and for me the phone lasts max 11h (under 10%) and connect charger again. I came from a realme GT2 Pro and the difference is like from the moon to sun, that phone with same usage, I was charging it no under 36h. Sometimes it was lasting 48h. That phone also has 1440p screen and 120Hz and I was using at max features. This really troubles me, max screen I hit was around 4h and some minutes, before recharge. Model is: SM-S908B/DS.

I bought S22 ultra and the model is SM-S908B/DS (It is written on the box and in the settings). Is this the exynos or snapdragon variant? By the way, In Europe, I know it sold the exynos variant but I searched for it and got confused.... which chipset do I have???
