I use S23 as a daily driver and its been great so far, if only there was 12gb ram instead of 8gb oh well.

They are all equally good performers or they won't be used on the same model unit. Despite that, they're not identical so there will be variation on numeric values of performance scores.

How's the battery backup? Will it last a day with 6hrs of SOT? Will do browsing for like 4 hrs and CODM for 2 hrs?

The notion that only Snapdragon makes good CPUs is horse poo, because even Snapdragon and MediaTek powered phones can overheat and throttle just as much as Exynos ones when pushed to the limit without the aid of a cooling fan.
