I don't follow the misleading battery charging tips to charge only when the battery is anywhere between 20-80%. I charge my phone when it's 1-2% up to 98-100%. But I occasionally charge it when I will need the extra battery life.
Here's the thing I've always been telling people. The manufacturers always only tell half-baked stories. While it's true that charging up to 100% is hard on the battery, always charging from 20% to 80% will damage your battery faster. The reason is those 20-80 battery space get used up regularly, meaning they will degrade fast. So, in the future if your battery degrade at 70% space on the battery, that will be your max capacity in the future. You just wasted the 81-100% space by not using them.
This is also similar to the advertising they do with LED lights, that they don't get hot. But the LED lights needed heat diffuser, so in reality they still do get hot. The same with "safe microwavable" plastic containers, the truth is that the heat produced inside the microwave will still react to the plastic container and warp it, meaning they are still not safe to use inside the microwave.

You only need to charge once and you're good to go for a full whole day. If you're a heavy user, gaming, camera and stuff the battery still handles everything well. Thanks to the legendary Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 gen 2.
