Anonymous, 12 Jan 2024They can't afford an S phone and are therefore asking ... moreI can afford it I had it , sold it,,S22 build better..this feels like a SE weird tiny hard to see one ui 6 isn’t good for smaller phones 6.4 be ok. First Samsung I’ve never liked and I love Samsungs . I want A model because it fits my needs I don’t need to take pictures of the moon or have powerful cpu, it used to get warm also, no wasn’t faulty I brought from Samsung. Just giving you my honest opinion about it, plastic backs are better also imho … why spend $1300 to feel like I could drop crack it fragile. Now I am using a Neo 30 Motorola let me tell you weight size is perfect. It’s 8 gig ram so plenty for my needs.. I’m sick of all A models being 6.7 isn’t user friendly weight 200gram, it’s a phone not a computer remember . Anyhow buy what you like I say…but try it first in store . I would have avoided it if so oh and luckily I got mine wayyyy cheaper $400 USD , sold it for $250 more which brought my Neo so happy camper.

And no one asked for "old price ranges". You just made that up (which should not surprise anyone).

Now is the time to buy the S23 in UK instead of S24 coming out shortly. You get snapdragon chipset in S23 and very efficient battery life.I have just bought a brand new S23 direct and after using multiple codes, £100 cashback and selling the buds i will be paying less than £290 ! Excellent. Great way for Samsung to clear stock too.Win-Win.

Sadly, a few years ago Samsung wrote you off. And some people commenting on this website want to pretend that you don't exist. Very unfortunate.

Unfortunately the answer is no. In the last few years Samsung started only providing compact options to the wealthy.

Need small phone, 11 Jan 2024Hey, quick question. I can't afford the price of an S2... moreUnfortunately, the vanilla flagship models are the only small ones worth buying. What makes matters worse, the S23 was the first vanilla flagship that has proper battery life. If you were to go for something cheaper, like an S22 or S21, the battery life would be the biggest disadvantage (performance and camera not so much). The only other brands that come to mind are Asus and Sony, and they are also pricey.

Anonymous, 11 Jan 2024There are still people who doesn't understand that eac... moreThe "manufacturer's sales data" obviously isn't worth much, as Samsung won't bring back the Note series, the headphone jack, and Snapdragon chips everywhere every year. All these are things that a massive percentage of buyers want. And tell us something, does their so-called "sales data" tell them that most people like 5000mAh batteries, but hate 6000mAh batteries? What about the few 7000mAh battery phones from a couple of years ago that were discontinued?
As has been pointed out by a few people here already, consumers buy whatever phones are available at the moment, because they have no other choice. Manufacturers do not conduct surveys to find out what people REALLY want and then produce those. That has never happened.
Thus the so-called "sales data" is just what buyers were FORCED to get, even when they really prefer other choices that don't exist.

Need small phone, 11 Jan 2024Hey, quick question. I can't afford the price of an S2... moreHa! You wish. These days Samsung only caters to the rich, and only they have a compact option like that. Everyone else is forced to make do with big heavy ones. In some instances bordering on phablet proportions.
