If you are looking to buy it for using with Android Auto, PLEASE DO NOT BUY IT...The S23 is not compatible to Android Auto. Dissapointing.

Using S23 for about 2 weeks. I was Oneplus6T user before this. Looks good very much comfortable in hand. I Usually get confused with the volume and power button, but by time I will get used it. I have kept the battery protection ON. So if you are at house on wifi, you will easily last the whole day with one charge.
S ON T: 5:30 to 6 hrs
S OFF T: 24hrs (best part of this phone is not draining battery while idle)
Camera is good.
I mostly use youtube, twitter, WhatsApp, browsing, calls.

If not then that person is a kid who will spend 800$ to buy a new phone and by the way i don't think replacing battery costs 50$, it ranges between 10-20$ as per my research.

Battery is still strong as new after 10 months of usage. If it starts to weaken, I'll just buy a new phone.

Anonymous, 16 Jun 2023it's not them NOT caring but I think that majority of ... moreThat's not the case.
Many budget customers DO want smaller phones. But if it's not produced, they don't have a choice and are forced to buy larger ones.
Often, customers respond to what's produced and available, not the other way around.
As for what you said about a separate factory. That's not needed. Samsung used to make small budget phones years ago, and if they resume now, they can use that location.

Anonymous, 14 Jun 2023When Samsung starts caring about their budget customers and... moreit's not them NOT caring but I think that majority of budget-conscious consumers prefer LARGE phones. This from what i observed in my area and most the i ride with in public transpo have huge phones even if they are shorter and smaller than me lol. And even on flagship phones Large phones seem to be still ahead (just came from the mall and is saw Pro maxes and Sultras all over). So if they made small-budget phones for a market that is just a fraction of that segment, it won't be feasible? Or maybe they just retain the size and form of the s23 and just replace the parts with budget parts. like plastic, entry-level socs and lower res cams, etc. But as I said if they did will that require building a different production site especially for that? then it won't make sense if it won't make money.

Photobox, 08 Jun 2023So with 85% charge protection how does it work.
Would I ne... moreIf your usage is more than 85% in a day then you will need to charge it often.
85% charge means the 3900 mah battery will charge till 3315 mah.
1000 mah stands for about 3.84 watt, thus 3900 mah = about 15 watt and 3315 = about 13 watt.
Your mobile battery will have less amount of energy stored inside it, simple.
