AB, 18 Jan 2023Still low battery capacity. Big disappointment, same as ... moreIt's not the same, S22 had 3600, S23 has 3900. Switching over to TSMC gives it a much better efficiency, plus the battery capacity increase. This phone will have at least 60% better battery life than S22.

There is no reason why anyone needs a higher resolution on a 6 inch screen. The reason the old phones had higher resolutions was because of gear vr which is no longer a thing. Higher resolution drastically reduces battery life.

If the battery efficiency and optimization is good and gets 7-8hours SoT, Itll be awesome. The battery life is terrible in the s22 and s22+, Ive used the poco f3 for almost a year and my s22+ cant even keep up with the battery efficiency. Its really disappointing. Hoping to get the s23 this year.

And 6Ghz WiFi6E is a priority now with all my new devices. But it looks like the S23 still won't have UWB like the plus and Ultra have. I don't really want a larger phone, but to get the UWB capability I'll need to upgrade to the S23 plus.

Oblix, 18 Jan 20233900mAh battery for +900 EUR. Apple wannabe. Why would it matter if it lasts all day? I have a pixel 3 and it lasts all day without having a 5000mah battery. Samsung is going to discount 23/23+ anyway so the real price is much lower

Seems like a small but welcome improvement, the launch price doesn't really justify that, but as always with Samsung you should wait for good price drops.

Still low battery capacity.
Big disappointment, same as S22. S22 have the worst battery life. I regret getting S22.
