Hello, looking for advice; I had a pixel 2, great camera, traded for S20 ultra, camera was a lot worse, only zoom good but main lens 1x was always blurry or out of focus or losing a lot of detail and including a lot of sharpening + camera artifice, I'm tempted by this s23 ultra in black Friday sales but will I be disappointed? Camera is big part of smartphone use to me, issue with pixel 2 was terrible battery and reviews say newer pixels have same issue, so it's s23U camera reliable and actually living up to the hype? Thank you.

Where's the "portrait photo" & "remaster photo" options in gallery after Android 14?? This update looks too complicated as I'm still struggling to know the total SOT 🙄

SOT checking has become a real task! Previously, it was easy to check my SOT based on the last 100% of the charge. I am not a specialist to understand these graphs and it has become too complex to understand as you've to check previous days SOT to calculate. Hope they fix it in future updates.

just bought it, honestly not impressed.
The cameras seem almost the same as on my A53 which is more than half the price, its terribly optimized on snapchat.
only tried the cameras at evening with indoor lightning, if the camera dont perform well in daylight tomorrow i will return it

One thing that is annoying after the Android 14 update is it doesn't show the SOT the next day!! I mean the next day it starts from scratch and so on.

If so, what ... moreHaving S23 ultra for 8 months plus and my colleague using s22 ultra, I would suggest to stay with current one. To be honest nothing significant to gain unless you're after s23u. I would rather wait for S24 ultra.

All S23''s have great battery life but people use different apps that drain the battery out. Im getting even better battery life with latest patch

is anyone getting battery draining issue after upgrading samsung galaxy s23 ultra to latest november 2023 security patch !
i am using s23 ultra 512GB with one u i 6.0 android
if so any solutions / tips to save more battery
i already did the following , but no difference
set display rate to smooth 60HZ
ram plus set to 2GB
performance mode set to light
reduced vibration intensity for ringtones / notifications
