It is one of the best phone I've used in years!! But there's a pretty weird thing I've started noticing recently, whenever I unlock my phone it shows Google homepage instead of the homescreen. This happens quite often when it is in my pocket or even kept on the table. It is not a major issue but is quite annoying.

It has a network issue. Slow internet access when you turn on dual sim mode. Wifi6 won't work sometimes.

Love mine coming from an s21 plus. I would say the resolution and the telephoto lens do it for me. I really wish the screen was completely flat but I'm glad I waited for the 23 The greens better on it than the 22 as well. Plus they ironed out the heat management of the Snapdragon.

Sam799, 25 Nov 2023Where's the "portrait photo" & "rem... moreIts Simple when you open the photo you will see a an i circle icon down or you can swipe up then you will see 3 options if it is Portrait photo which gives you Background effect aka Portriat option, Remaster option and Object Eraser and if is a simple photo that will give you 2 options which is Remaster and Object Eraser click on it and you are good to go and for thet SOT its everyday stats, Charge it on which Percentage you want you will have SOT of 1 day only.

It is only some months away.Yes, but in UK at moment can get new 256gb s23 ultra for 669 with trade in and discounts, I wouldn't spend a grand on a phone so don't particularly care about s23 or latest thing, but would I be disappointed in camera? I honestly can say I've taken photos of exactly the same things where I live for years and pixel 2 always has more detail and more of shot in focus as well as less weird processing than my S20 ultra, that is only good for zoom, so if the camera significantly better than 3 generations ago I'll bite, if not I might as well wait.
