After 7 months and two replacement phones Samsung have said that they are not aware of any issues regarding stuttering videos and the case is now closed.
Unbelievable! They don't even take notice of their own forums regarding stuttering videos/frame rate glitches let alone all the other reports on various forums with examples.
The engineers at Samsung have looked at both my phones videos and have said that it is a software issue that Samsung needs to fix and that replacing the phone will not solve matters..
If anyone else has experienced this problem what response have you had from Samsung

Samsung should make s24 ultra with round design like 11pro max this square design is so bulky not comfortable in palm

I think S24 ultra will be a laptop. ... moreThere are many flaw as "not having WiFi 7" but as WiFi 7 is not really noticable so that can slip, but the display only support 96% of RGB space with just 16 Million color (meanwhile many phones comes with 99.9% RGB space with 1B color support in less then price 'example "OnePlus 11".
Also HDR bugs,which is expected to be fixed with sUI update so slip that too
Overall this is a an iphone by Android!

It's an... moreYup its dull even without watching hdr to begin with, the vivid mode is undersaturated abit as well(still affects alot for me). Only solution to boost the saturation is by using adb command to switch other hidden display mode(amoled cinema, amoled photo, etc) but by doing that is it oversaturated!(still better i rather have this settings ON) There is no balance to adjust perfectly accurate saturation =.=. only xiaomi capable adjusting that freely..

DULL COLOURS/DIM DISPLAY WHILE STREAMING HDR.
It's an absolute shame that this can't handle HDR streaming properly. Dim and dull colours while streaming on popular streaming platforms. Samsung or popular phone reviewers did not even address this issue.
Also NO DOLBY VISION support on a phone that claim to be the king of Android.
Not even popular tech vloggers are talking about this HDR straming issue. Seems like they don't want people to know about this flaw in this device.

After the recent security update my s23 ultra's battery has downgraded from a full charge lasting 3 days to just over 36 hours.

Fraud, it's not 10x telephoto. 230/24 is 9.6x. S21 ultra had 240mm focal length equivalent telephoto. So you're paying for downgrade in this regard

Ken, 18 Jul 2023Tutorial please...Go to YouTube and search for Samsung S23 Ultra recovery menu. There are tons of helpful videos. Once you manage to open the menu do as I said.
