Never thought I would enjoy using a Samsung device as I do with S23 Ultra. Really hate putting a case on how pristine the device looks. But a TPU case does gives that grip, which glass can never.

Somebody, 04 Aug 2023I bought this phone before 2 weeks. I upgraded from s21 ult... moreAnd your smart switch is the reason why you aren't getting better results. S23u is clearly better in every aspect of the phone. I've moved from s21+ and SOT doubled, animations are clearly better, better heat management, more smoother experience. Do a factory reset and install everything like on a new phone. Same goes to iphone and others. If you want new fresh experience you need to use it like new and install everything like new because old applications data can(NOT ALWAYS) make a huge impact on new phone( you are experiencing bad old data experience lol ) .

I bought this phone before 2 weeks. I upgraded from s21 ultra and a bit disappointed. Samsung lying and using specs of this phone just for marketing. S21 Ultra has 10w wireless charging and S23Ultra has 15 w but both phones charging for the same time. With normal charger is the same. Even s21ultra after 2 years has better battery life than s23 ultra absolutely the same settings because I used program to move all info and settings. And finally S21Ultra is faster and smoother than S23Ultra. I bought S23Ultra only because is more wide and more comfortable for typing with my bold fingers

OHYES, 03 Aug 2023O my god thank you 🙏, I genuinely though Samsung messed up ... moreYes I totally agree I want this phone as soon as I get back to America I live in Thailand now and have the Note 10 Plus and love this Samsung phone and I expect the Samsung S23 with a stylus will be a great phone to have for two or three years at least. I bought my Note 10 plus second hand for half price and had it for over 2 years and it works beautifully.

Anonymous, 03 Aug 2023Actually the best android experience is on One UI. Pixel ha... moreAgree. The Galaxy S23 Ultra is a league of it's own - far ahead and better than anything out there in today's market. I own both Pixel 7 Pro and Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra - both are smooth and good in handling day to day tasks, but the S23 Ultra is just better overall. The additional bloat in S23 Ultra serves as utility for additional features the phone provides that's unmatched by anything else right now. The Ultra's smooth, fast, secure, great display, great speakers, no heating, has excellent battery backup that lasts all day with heavy usage - Pixel heavily disappoints in the last three parameters.. Moreover, the S pen has a lot of use for me and is unparalleled by any other. Will stick to Samsung just because of their innovation and utilities.

OHYES, 03 Aug 2023Is it true that after July update, battery drains faster in... moreNothing like that. I've the S22 Ultra & updated to July patch, the battery at night drains 2-3% which is perfectly fine. Battery hasn't taken a hit after the update, mine gives over 5 hours of SoT with 45% juice left which is highly acceptable.

OHYES, 03 Aug 2023Is it true that after July update, battery drains faster in... moreNo it's not the case. Firmware has nothing to do with that. It's more likely that applications(user applications) have some problems in standby. You can read more about it in XDA forums battery threads. There are proofs from many users that it has nothing to do with firmware and there are direct comparisons with older firmwares and battery life is the same. So no need to worry about anything.

Is it true that after July update, battery drains faster in standby mode? People say it's about 12% in a 6 to 7 hour standby. During night time for example.
According to reddit and twitter posts and comments, it's like a 50-50 occurrence case.
