Anonymous, 04 May 2023Samsung was laggy but not anymore. Even cheap ones rarely lag.I also have a Samsung A20 as a work phone, it lags like crazy. From my experience cheaper, Exynos Samsungs lag a lot. High end Samsungs are much better, the SD variants are almost lag free.

I think that S23U unit of GSMarena has lens issue cz when you zoom at corners you will notice softness. The regular S23 has no softness in corners. So, can anybody tell me that it is due to lens issue in GSMarena's unit or it is due to wider sensor (because its 200mp).

Android is much better for normal users.
Iphones are not good, why?
Service centers are not near and i can't repair my iphone in local repair shops because they might use fake parts or might damage it.
I have to go to city center area where a shiny apple store is present and then the cost is also high.
I believe iphones are perfect buy for them who are embeded with iphone ecosystem.
Like their home has more ios devices, friends and famiy use ios, service center is near.
If not near then they are doomed.
My friends and family uses android more so i am with android.
Cost is less and repair is easy to do.
And using android since school days.
It's like comparing windows os with mac os.
And at the same time comparing linux vs windows.

I only have apps in the dock(well I also use EDGE panels). All my iOS apps have been put into CUSTOMISED folders in the second page. I don't use the phone's APP LIBRARY.I tend to like a minimalist look. I've spent plenty of time in the SETTINGS so customizing voice control, gestures, gestures, guided Access, security and per app view. And more. Most people don't dig deep into the SETTINGS. The main thing I miss when using my iPhone is the S Pen (which is the reason I only buy Samsung for my android phone.

I upgraded so S23U from S22U. First month i was questioning my decision. But after few months i feel S23U is much better in terms of battery. I can easily go full day even from 85% ( i never charge 100%) but my girlfriend iphone 14pro will die around 5-6pm. I learned this last week in Bali where we basically used our phones same time ( mostly pics ).
