But yeah would pick the s24 everyday of the week.. just as good if not better overall (bar photos) and a much smaller phone.

And a lighter body, more compact size, flat display, higher peak brightness, thinner bezels, newer GG Victus 2 protection, faster CPU, faster UFS 4.0 storage (256GB and 512GB only), longer update span, 8K video recording, and ultrasonic fingerprint scanner.
The Pixel 7 Pro has a higher resolution display, 12GB RAM (on higher variants), and better cameras, that's it. Everything else, the S24 is better.

Former BBY employee. Spec wise this phone shouldve been on par with a Pixel 7 Pro.
Truely? This phone is a joke. Poor processing, the microphone lacks response, touch screen is tempermental. Only benefit this phone has is better battery and the HDMI Out from the USB port.

The only minus point is its 4000 mah battery. It should be atleast more than 5000 mah.

Anonymous, 18 Nov 2024Anyone having issues with Google maps and orientation?I did have problems with the location, you MUST permit the accurate location, on all apps, if not gps does not work... this is insane, they want your data like junkies, give me the mobile free and stop this nonsense... last tine i repeat with galaxy.

I come from. Galaxy s8, 5 years with it, totally happy wirh it, missing it from the first day, but batery needed to be charged twice a day... s24 is an iphone wannabe, total piece of junk. All apps asking for infinite permisions, even the gps through google. Nothing works like ot was on the s8... i do not know how iphones are now, bit i regret repeating with galaxy, at least is cheaper but dies not worth it. this is the last one. Some minor audio flaws, i presume updates will corrcect. Big shit indeed.

S24 - you want such small size, you'll get a lowend phone. Unlike S6 it's got lower resolution. No edges. No UWB. "Weeee"

The S serie is getting worse every year, when the other brands are making big progress in battery density, charging time, camera, design, screen...etc. . Same problem with their chip business. Samsung is going down just like Nokia in its time, who was seen as too big to fail. But hey, they still make nice washing machines ;-)
