Samsung Galaxy S24 FE appears on Geekbench with underclocked Exynos 2400 SoC

The Samsung Galaxy S24 FE starred in numerous leaks already ahead of its expected global debut in October. One of the more interesting bits about Samsung's upcoming handset is the chipset.

According to previous rumors, the device will sport an Exynos 2400e chipset and the latest score sheet from Geekbench corroborates those claims. The device appeared on Geekbench with looks like an underclocked Exynos 2400 SoC.

Only the main Cortex-X4 core appears to be underclocked from 3.2 GHz down to 3.11 GHz, while the remaining clusters are the same. So perhaps the performance difference won't be that big.

And even though the multi-core and single-core scores are significantly lower than the original Exynos 2400, this could be due to the pre-production sample tested.

It'll be overpriced at release to be cannibalized by discounted s24, xiaomi 14 and op12, while it should be priced to compete with op12r, but i believe it will, shortly.
