Samsung Galaxy S24 series to come with Live Translate and Generative Edit
The Samsung Galaxy S24 series is rumored to be unveiled on January 17, 2024, and past leaks have already given us a fair idea of what to expect from the Galaxy S24 lineup. The Samsung Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24+, and Galaxy S24 Ultra are rumored to be "the smartest AI phones ever," and the latest leak reveals two AI-powered features we'll see on the S24 trio - Live Translate and Generative Edit.
Word comes from X user Arsene Lupin (@MysteryLupin), who posted an image of what could be an unfinished retailer listing. The description for Live Translate suggests the processing will happen on-device to help you communicate in different languages in real-time using the S24 trio.
Generative Edit is seemingly Samsung's answer to Google's Magic Editor, which will require a Samsung account and an active internet connection to work, meaning the processing will likely happen on the cloud.
The picture mentions three more features - Nightography Zoom, High Resolution, and Screen Display. But there's no confirmation if these will use any AI enhancements.
High Resolution will let you take pictures in the highest resolution supported by the phone's primary camera, meaning 50MP on the S24 and S24+ and 200MP on the S24 Ultra. Nightography is self-explanatory, while Screen Display confirms a "flatter screen" for the S24 Ultra and "bigger and brighter screens" on the S24 and S24+ compared to their predecessors.
The Samsung Galaxy S24 lineup's rumored launch is a little over two weeks away, so expect to hear more about the Korean conglomerate's 2024 flagships in the coming days. In the meantime, you can check the table below for the Galaxy S24 trio's leaked specs sheet.

Too many articles here and online have already stated "Live Translate and Generative Edit" roughly 3 months ago.

Why though? Curved screen is, in my opinion, just a gimmick. It doesn't do anything different than a flat screen; in fact, it's more of a hindrance because the curve is more prone to accidental touches and misclicks.
