Front: Samsung used IMX374 with 1.12 µm pixel size in S10 series, Note 20 series, Fold series, non Ultra base S20, S21, S22.
S20 Ultra, S21 Ultra and S22 Ultra has 40 MP, 1.4 µm at 10 MP Isocell S5KGH1, the S22 Ultra is slightly worse, but S23 Ultra is 1.12 µm at 12MP Isocell S5K3LU, thus S20 Ultra and S21 Ultra have the best, then S22 Ultra (all three use S5KGH1). S23 Ultra and S24 Ultra front camera are a disappointment, I do not use the back camera, I use the front camera to take selfies, selfie videos of me and my female friends on bed and we watch it as we do it, send selfie to potential female partners, vlog, I will not upgrade. S20 Ultra has sd card even. I am switching to Xperia with a vlog monitor. Besides as megapixels go up, the sensor cannot keep up, look up at µm and how much noise the newer Samsung have, look on dxomark S20 Ultra vs S21 Ultra for example. Samsung, you disappoint me, since S21 Ultra all we get is oversharpened dull mess. I just want a S20 ultra with a better processor and Exynos can stay I like the ISP.

When 40 MP 1.4 um 12mp bin selfie back? In video chats with women they say I look nice on s20 ultra but on s23 ultra they say I look sickly.

Musharaf Iftikhar, 03 Jan 2024why charger 45w?? other brands give 90w , 120w You guys always cry about charger watt. Most branded flagship like apple, samsung and pixel uses Lithium Ion battery, which is durable, efficent and expensive but can't take high wattage. Other brands like chinese brands or most low and midrange phones uses Lithium Polymer, which is cheap and can take high wattage but health wise, they are bad. Do some research before crying on the internet.

I keep my s23u until I review next upgrade.. I don't see any difference between s23u and s24u but just very small.upgrafe as it same rest of it... Best save money for next one if you own s23u. No point to upgrade from s23u to s24u... s23u still great all the way.

45watts charging 😔 Should be at least 80watts.
At least no more stupid curved screen

I guess we're not getting 10 bit display for one more time.

Like every year, a "new" Samsung device that is the predecessor but with a faster chipset.

I wonder, do they add more BT codecs to software, meaning aptX HD, Adaptive and Lossless. In my S23 Ultra only basic aptX is present.

Love that boxy design but its time for the cancerous punch hole to die

Promising. I hope it's more than just S23 Ultra with 8 Gen 3.

think this is a good comeback to use a samsung again, haven't used one since 2015 and i went to some chinese brands instead till my phone broke down, this will be my next phone and doesn't look as much different than the previous ones and that's fine i like the colours and some slight changes in performance and getting more upgrades makes this worth it more for me.
