Samsung has, and always had the best Always On Display on any phone. Why did they have to copy the iPhone's version of Always On Display as well, that even most iPhone users disliked?

Does it make still harder to put a screen protector ? But is a screen protector necessary, knowing that the new screen is much more scratch resistant ?

I finally got my hands on it and the first thing i checked are the bezels. For some reason they look really big in pictures but are much smaller in real life
The screen is not completely flat, there's a tiny curve on the sides of the phone (think of the S21 but even smaller than that), same goes for the back
The bezels are also finally symmectrical. The ugly fat chin that was on the Note 20, S22 and S23 ultras is finally gone. Good riddance
After using it for a few hours it honestly makes it hard to go back to my Exynos S22 ultra, the difference between these 2 is insane
Btw, if you consider buying this phone then i would strongly recommend you avoid the yellow version. Because the frame of the phone is visible from the front, the yellow makes it much more noticeable and the bezels stand out, this was the color i had and i'm not a fan of it

No need, there are already plenty of flagships and even midrange phones offering said speeds, or better.

It's a $1300 phone, well at least that much. It's supposed to be the best of the best in everything, so why not fast charging, and fast wireless charging? They should just offer said specs for those who want/need it, while the rest can just ignore it and never use it.

they finally nailed it-the ugliest flag ship in existence,the yellow color just elevates the otherwise hidden thick bezels

Furthermore, S22 Ultra screen to body ratio is 90.2% while S24 Ultra is 88.5%, do compare both phones here on Gsmarena. My friend is buying S24 ultra very soon , i will compare both phones myself and update my initial impressions here. Stay tuned.

Okok, I admit I was a fool for dissing its bezels in an earlier comment. In real life they actually look the exact same in thickness, maybe even thinner. Even though the display is curved on S23U, it still has some pretty thick bezels.
Really starting to love the design of this phone.

Had to replace my S21U coz' its rear cameras & sensors are all broken after it's submerged less than .5m in the pool. Let's see this one with only 6 month warranty. 21U had 1 year included then but it broke after 1 year and 1 month 😪
