Have not seen the colours in person yet but I think yellow looks the best, although not quite as good as last year Cream colour.

Example pictures show that "optical quality 10x zoom" is simply marketing thing. It obviously worse than real 5x optical zoom. Thanks Samsung, I won't buy it and save my money.

You store non-critical data on there such as music, photos, videos etc. All programs and their data is still stored on the internal storage for speed. You don't need max speed when accessing data that isn't commonly accessed by you day to day, and even when you do it will still be fast enough despite it being slower than UFS.
We do this all the time with PCs. SSD for OS, programs and some data, and a HDD for everything else such as documents, pictures, games etc.
Having it doesn't hurt those who don't need it, it only alienates people who do. Same goes for the 3.5mm headphone jack, doesn't make Bluetooth perform worse for those who use it, just makes the phone more appealing to a wider audience.

In Australia the popular colours are Titanium Gray and Titanium Black, both sold out within 4 days. You can still pre-order those colours but delivery is early February against end of January 2024 for all others.
I would think those in Spain and Europe /UK with sold out S24 stock will see fresh stock within 7 days.

S23 ultra 10x is good for 100x zoom Otherwise 10x video quality is garbage when you compare s24 ultra video quality on 5x or 10x.

Finally, they have fixed the worst aspect of the Note 10+ .. the curved screen, which made screen protection some sort of joke. Now with a flat screen, a tempered glass protector is again a viable option, making it time to upgrade. Before this, I was looking to move to a Note 20 with a flat-screen and plastic back, but now can have a new phone. Yea!
