Nikon, 20 Apr 2025On heavy usage using the camera do you charge s25 plus often If you're talking about pictures, then no, you won't have to charge the phone much more often than if you just left the screen on for the same amount of time. The issue with every phone is recording video because it has to encode it while recording, and that tasks the processor heavily compared to taking pictures. This will significantly impact your battery so you will need to charge much more often. As you can see in this video https://youtu.be/jjHpr9tNvc8?t=217 the test shows about 10 % for 20 minutes of 4k video, granted that's on the s25, not s25 plus, which has a ~20% bigger battery.

You buy this phone for the excellent Samsung One Ui software with plenty of useful customisations which is probably the best Ui of any phone at the moment. The selfie camera is top notch.
Combining software and hardware, the S25+ is unmatched as of this time and is an excellent phone.

Anonymous, 03 Apr 2025Honor Magic pro 7 eats this for breakfast.and not jut that, Honor Honor displays are the best with 3840Hz PWM rate that protect your eyes from flickering, while Samsung are worst with 275Hz PWM rate, uncomfortable, worst ever

I would have considered this phone to be great if not for the price that I preordered for. A phone at this price should have gotten much better specs that I genuinely felt a buyer's remorse because of it.

After being disappointed with a Pixel 8 (small screen, so-so speakers, washed out display, so-so performance) i bought an iPhone 16 Pro. Couldn't get along with it so i sold it.
My question: Is a Pixel 9 Pro a good upgrade* over the Pixel 8?
or wait for the Pixel 9a?
or get an Galaxy S25+ instead?
* my priorities are specs that are more better (albeit slightly) than the Pixel 8 on cameras, performance, battery life, speakers & audio, etc.

The S25+ is basically the perfect phone in this form factor. Proportions are perfect and it's so sleek and thin. Software and battery life are incredible. Cameras above average.
It's a pleasure to use such a perfected phone in every aspect

It's all locked.
No sim card, and can't start phone.
I'd never put a lot of money in anything locked. Never, ever.

Sam799, 17 Mar 2025How's the battery life compared to the S22+? I'm ... moreBattery life seems pretty much better than S22+ since it's a 4,900 mAh battery, lasts me though the day and charge the next day, I do am a heavy user, I do play games, watch You Tube videos, Tick Tock. So, it's pretty neat for those who don't like an Ultra phone. I just do hope that the Display will remain good (I mean no green or pink lines) for a few years until my next upgrade in 30 months.
