Samsung Galaxy S25 Slim's firmware spotted in multiple regions
Samsung is hosting the Galaxy Unpacked event on January 22, where it's expected to unveil the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, and Galaxy S25 Ultra. The S25 series also includes the Galaxy S25 Slim, but that's unlikely to be unveiled at the event. However, the S25 Slim exists since we recently saw its leaked renders, and now its firmware has also been spotted in multiple regions.
The One UI 7 test build of the Samsung Galaxy S25 Slim (SM-S937B) was spotted on servers in multiple European and Asian regions, including India and the UAE. The build has firmware version S937BXXU0AYA5/S937BOXM0AYA5/S937BXXU0AYA5.

The source of this development didn't divulge anything else, but previous rumors claim the Samsung Galaxy S25 Slim will come with the Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC, a 6.6" FullHD+ 120Hz AMOLED screen, and a 200MP primary camera joined by two 50MP units - one 3x telephoto and one ultrawide.
