Finally a huge upgrade for me coming from Galaxy Note 9 which was an amazing phone back in 2018. Still working flawless but needed upgrade. Much heavier than Note 9 for sure but feels amazing. The Spen functionality on Note 9 and S25U is identical. No bluetooth integration. I hope they have improved tge battery life this year even though its still a 500 mah.

Luke, 13 hours agoHe has no idea what notes are capable of. Onenote, apple no... moreThis is about the web browser "Samsung Internet", not the S Note app.
Since its inception, "Samsung Internet" has had the terrible flaw of storing saved pages inside the app rather than the download folder. This means they can only be accessed from inside the app. You can't view it in a file manager or back them up to a USB stick or computer or any other storage device. You have no control over this part of your data.
If you pay $2000 for a portable computer, you expect to be able to do something as simple as backing up saved web pages, which desktop computers have been able to do at least since the Windows 95 days.
But to Samsung's credit, at least they have the mercy to let users turn off this asinine pull-to-refresh gesture. Google doesn't.

And the trade-in is a separate story, extremely unfair to non-American customers where I get less than half the value for last year's flagship - another Samsung regional segregation.

I had this phone in my hands today, i tried it lot of things on it, it's beautiful phone, but i think the n24 ultra is more luxury thing, but both of phones with this hard coners it seem doesn't fit in hand, perhaps that because i own note10+ that slips in hand easy.

maks-rs, 19 Feb 2025Or to remove wireless charging and ip68 next year, because ... moreToo many people use wireless charging. And the numbers increase every year. An IP68 rating is needed since that makes it sealed from dust and water (at least for a certain amount of time and up to a certain depth). Gorilla glass armor could be replaced with a lesser version. And a titanium frame isn't really needed either. But, I don't see that happening because they would want to come close to matching Apple or exceeding what Apple has.
I would not be surprised if the S pen is eventually removed. And, maybe, starts coming with one of the foldables. Which cost more than the Ultra does. But, who knows? It's anyone's guess what Samsung will do in the future.
For me, as long as they keep having generous trade in deals every year, then I will keep upgrading my Galaxy S Ultra every year. For only around $150 to upgrade, it was easily worth it for me to upgrade to the S25 Ultra, from my S24 Ultra. (After cashback, reward dollars, e-Gift cards, and trade in value.)
