Think twice before buying the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra!
I upgraded from an iPhone, expecting a premium experience, but within just two days, the S Pen stopped working. I had to visit the service center, where they acknowledged the issue and processed a replacement under the DOA scheme.
What’s shocking is that it’s been over two weeks, and Samsung has failed to provide me with a new phone — all because my preferred color (Jet Black or Titanium Black) is ‘unavailable.’ Imagine paying a premium for a flagship device, only to be stuck without it for this long, due to something as trivial as color stock.
This is not the kind of experience I expected from a top-tier brand like Samsung. If this is their after-sales service, I’m seriously reconsidering my switch from Apple. A phone at this price point should work flawlessly, and service should be seamless. Sadly, that’s far from what I’ve experienced.

Yesterday I went to my phone company to see the latest S25 Ultra and compare it to my S24 Ultra. I had both phones comparing them, cameras, functionality, everything, and for me I didn't find major changes in cameras, both phones perform really well, I did like the layout of Android 15 UI 7.0 really smooth, and I know that I'll be getting it in a few months. But some S pen functions were really missing, and we all know that already. In conclusion, fIf you have S24 Ultra like it's not worth to trade it for this one, you'll later be disappointed, but if you're the type of person who wants to have the latest well go ahead and try it. I can wait a few years more and hang out with S24 Ultra until I see major changes in cameras (more megapixels), RAM (more RAM than usual), Battery capacity, then I will buy.

They did remove bluetooth from spen, but left space too add battery back next year :P. if you can't inovate something new:
1. Remove usefull feature
2. Bring it back next year and call it something like this "THE MOST ADVANCED bluetooth spen. Which is better than before"

Same camera lenses like previous generations except ultrawide, same bad overprocessing photos. Same battery, same battery charging speed. Super sharp edges which is highly uncomfortable to hold naked in hand. Uncalibrated screen. European variant still stuck on DECEMBER patch. Jesus. Samsung flagships are improving backwards.
Oh oh oh. How could I forget. They have new snapdragon cpu to load your instagram 0.1~ second faster. That's a huge improvement. No wonder samsung is being called apple of androids

With all the promotion trade-in value, vouchers during pre-order period and sold my S24 ultra, it is nearly free for me to switch to 25 ultra. It is a no brainer to switch to S25 ultra as I don't like Note. S25 ultra looks like a bigger size of the Galaxy S2 which I think is very pretty. I got an ultra phone which is a Galaxy S, not a Galaxy Note finally. To me, it is better than S24 ultra in every aspect. For the S pen, I prefer deleting it to make the phone even lighter or thinner as I don't like Note.

hi guys, here are my thoughts after going for the upgrade from S23U
to the S25U because of very amazing price after discounts and
trade in
I had no real expectations and in the end, I am pleasantly surprised
and even happier than 1 thought I would be :D
Here are the points:
- A much lighter phone with a bigger screen, yet it is a bit more
compact and much better to use (and more secure in the hand, even
if less comfortable because it is sharp all around).
- The 5x telephoto lens is an upgrade, adding much more versatility
in both photos and videos. It provides the ability to take "macro"
or very close photos and eliminates the annoying gap between 3x
to10x, which made taking videos frustrating.
- An amazing screen upgrade with the anti-reflective coating, which
is a game changer.
- A BEAUTIFUL always-on display which lets us
use of the nowbar even on the AOD without waking up the screen
(this will not be possible on the S23U) (+ the Auto AOD feature which is very amazing and how AOD should have always been)
- Much better performance overall with on-device Al processing
for many features (more than S23U will have, I think). OneU1 7 is
completely amazing (and will come to the S23U as well yes I know).
-Better battery life for sure (yeah I had two years of usage on my
S23U, so not even the battery life is by default an upgrade because
of more efficient components and SoC overall, but 1 get the brand
new battery experience xD)
-better photo quality overall, less overexposure, MUCH better processing overall, way less sharpening, more details, much better colors overall + much better skintones etc etc...
So yeah,it is indeed a very good upgrade. The more I've been using
it, the more I've been hyped and happy by it
