Unless we're talking gaming perf, this is almost the same as the last 2 (maybe 3 if you're gonna include the S22) S Ultras.

The s twenty two ultra is great but Not a whole lot different than the s23 my understanding But the biggest thing that I think the improvement is.It runs cooler because of the processor Thus improving overall performance and battery life. But I think that The upgrade From s22u ro s23u is not worth it but the s25u seems like more major improvements were made and I'd be a good upgrade I think. But who knows... the s22u is a badass phone And I think it will be useful for years to come in reality. The damn thing has more processing power than my laptop. Lol.

I think if you are Gamer then only if will a smart move to upgrade to s25u.
But if you just want to use mobile for normal usage so s24u or s23u will be better to buy
