doug, 04 Jan 2025My samsung Galaxy s20 Ultra 5g is still going fine, got a 1... moreThe S7 had this deficiency, no 4G nor internet calling too, despite videos on YouTube showing all working. An Android update disabled all three. Wisely I bought it from an actual local Samsung shop, which eliminated much legal wriggle room.
Nevertheless, it took three months and repeated disingenuity by Samsung before they (or rather their UK vendor) caved in and gave a refund and £200 compo'. After checking with my ISP the S8 did still support these features I bought one from the UK Vendor (PRL). It worked just fine. Also all OK in S9, S22u, S23u, so time for an upgrade OMA.
