Since the S22 Ulta, the ultra devices are even less of an "upgrade" than before.
The best Samsung Ultra, beside all the overheating issues, was the S20 Ultra, it was the biggest upgrade, coming from S10.
As someone who has an S20 Ultra, S23U Ultra and have used an S24 Ultra, none of the devices after the S20 are worth upgrading to.
Sure, the battery life is nice and the video quality is superb on the newer devices, but none of those make the S23U or S24U worth upgrading to, from an S20U or S21U, especially since you objectively have the same device.
Every single one of Samsungs devices has been a generational upgrade for the past few years, better Chipset, better glass and that's about it... Oh and forgot useless "ai" features that existed before but are now being re-released.
Samsung has been going the iphone route, lacking any and all innovation since around 2020~2021, especially compared to Chinese brands like Vivo, Oppo, Huawei and others.

1. 7 Years of OS updates
2. Anti reflective glass
3. Titanium body
4. Flat screen(for some people this is a huge advantage)
and so on.
There are changes every single year especially from samsung but if you "don't want to open your eyes" then you can't see it lol

It would be nice to have new/old features like LiDar or the good old IR blaster.
Every year it's always new chip, more ram, more pixels.

Many users who experience the green line issue on Samsung screens have their warranty claims rejected and are forced to pay repair service costs amounting to about 1/3 of the phone's Samsung price. It's quite ironic. Very Funny 🫵😭 Scamsung

1. 7 years of major OS updates.
2. Anti reflective screen, much brighter, flat display(for some people it's huge thing)
3. Titanium body.

Typical Sammy. Sell the same phone from 4 years and fans will of course buy it. It has the same charging speeds and FFC like my S23 Ultra and it has lost the 10x optic zoom. So why would I throw away my money into buying this? But if for Apple it works just fine to sale the same thing over and over just with new colors, then why wouldn't it work for Sammy?
Zero innovations just cash grab !

I willstick to my S22-Ultra because I want to have the 10× Zoom the S22U and the S23U did have. I don't use it very often, but when I need it it is veery good to have. If I don't get it back, then I will use my S22U until it falls apart and then I might buy a retro S23U.
