This is only show how stubborn you are. Use the site to see the official releases that Samsung made for each country. Check the version number with your Samsung mobile (if you have).

To avoid any inconvenience on your phone just wait till Samsung announce the official updates or else update your phone from that site at your own risk and don't complain!

[deleted post]Please read the "About Us" section of that non-reliable link, it clearly states that it is "not affiliated with Samsung in any way". Don't update your phone in a non-official Samsung page and complain! Update at your own risk but don't blame the phone or the manufacturer!

And the link you gave doesn't say anything about S5 Duos. All it gives are for S6. Now don't give link that is not reliable, try Google, it will help you a lot!
By the way, that link is not Samsung official link.
I get my information form official Samsung link.

Lots of countries as well. In UAE two updates have already been released. Just don't say things that you don't know about.

Wait for the official update and your phone will be fix. Just be patient and don't be so excited about Lollipop since Kitkat is still working fine.

Samsung Mobile Arabia doesn't mentioned S5 Duos from the list of Lollipop update Middle East.
The list only includes:
- Galaxy Note 3
- Galaxy S4
- Galaxy S4 Active
- Galaxy S5
- Galaxy ALPHA
- Galaxy Tab S
There is not Galaxy S5 Duos from the list.
Wait until it is confirmed by Samsung Mobile Arabia before updating your OS to avoid such problems.

To Mr Tcool. Got a UAE s5 duos. After the lollipop update, during video call, the other party cannot receive voice. Image is ok on the other side. Sound and image is ok on my side. Do you have the same problem? P.s. skype video call is ok. Tqvm.

What would be the cause of registering on LTE network with xperia V and not with S5, S6, S6 Edge, Note4 (using the same SIM)???? is there a class of SIm that is recognised by Xperia and not Samsung ???
