I waa planning for s6 edge . As i checked a demo set of s6 edge and i was in love with new software but after coming from store I checked mine s5 duos for any new update . And hurray. .. lollipop 5.0 was waiting for me. Downloaded that update and after that my device became super fast and i felt notification pannel is more responsive now. battery is lasting for few more hours with more screen on time. Don't know about charging . Because i couldn't get a chance to recharge it fully. Overall now i don't want to switch to any single sim flagship. I am happy with s5 duos ... king is back... with ultraaa features..

I updated to lollipop its a bit laggy, the ram memory decreased to 1.66 but i have always used ram areound 1.2 in kitkat version from 1.9gb always was busy 1.8 even that is decreased its more free ram in general its ok no issues with update still need few smal fixes

I am in Belgium and received update 5.0 and my phone became SUCK ,slow, lag and everytime I have to restart it !!
good job Samsung , now I am thinking of selling the phone.

My phone phone is g900fd KSA origial firmware, I updated it to Lollipop UAE, the ram show only 1.66Gb and battery live noticeably decreased.I read tcool comments please can tell me the procedure you go through. thanks

In the same time whole samsung & other brands dual sim devices working to receive calls during data is running?
I tried a lot of dual sim devices from other brands.

After you do that please check for about this problem is it present or not.
I have the version of UAE.
After updating when I use data on one sim & the coverage is 3G or H+ in certain areas the other sim become inactive (when anyone call me at this time it gives that this sim is closed) & when I turn data off, the other sim works & I tried this & that is happened several times.
I became so disappointed because of this problem.
Please try to change data service from 4G to WCDMA/GSM manually & try to call the other sim when you running data & tell me the result.
And check for this option (Receive incoming calls) in SIM card manager, is it present or not??
I did not see it after update .

after updating to lollypop my s5 duos not supporting memory card.it is saying memory card error checking.i tried by restarting the mobile but same notification even after 5 hrs.what to do.please help anyone. i m from India.mobile version is UAE.
