How about if im using data (internet) from one sim, do I still receive calls from the second sim or will it give a busy tone to the incoming call due to data use on the 1st sim?

Then you can go for Samsung Galaxy A3 Duos or if you want bigger screen go for Samsung Galaxy A5 Duos or HTC One E8 dual SIM.

Hakam, 31 Jan 2015What if I'm on call with one sim and I got other call from ... moreThe caller will hear a voice telling that "the phone is busy please try your call later". LOL!
This phone is dual sim but can answer only one call at a time, not at the same time.
Of course a busy tone will be heard when the phone is on call because the call is being diverted to the other SIM which is busy at the moment.
