for an example . the ram of galaxy S4 is 2 giga but the net ram is 1.82 not 2.00

While 4G is using, when make call or receiving call, the signal keep cut off and show Out of signal then seach and connect back to yr mobile provider. While under 3G or else, no problem. Anybody faces the same situation?
