i just upgraded my software on my phone since then it has refused to charge properly even when i turn it off. what do i do? i have been charging for over an hour now and it just moved one percent higher.

Android developer creates update and passes it to Phone manufacturers
Manufacturers then add in their individual apps and bloatware then passes it on to Carriers
Carriers round it out with their apps and further bloatware and starts sending it out
Obviously the first phones that everything is done for are the money grabbers then they work their way down to the lowest end.
All this is a larger part of why there is so much on rooting and reprogramming your smartphone, to remove all the bloatware and unwanted apps and then to allow Android before official release or even if no official release occurs. Now daring such things is another thing.

sandy, 10 Nov 2016i had one s5neo and just got a replacement because the batt... morehave you checked WIFI connection, If not do so go to wifi in settings and see if it searches for any networks then pick the one you recognise and connect, if it does not see if anyone at work has same problem with there phone, I have a friend who had same problem he got it second hand and it had the settings from the previous owner after factory reset it worked fine.

i had one s5neo and just got a replacement because the battery would not hold a charge...only had it 3 weeks...my local office changed everything from old phone to new phone...i can not get onto any of my apps...it says not connected to the internet....how do i solve this problem....i need easy instructions...lol

Great phone, but found a bug: I created a contact using the option to add a pause and an extension number after the phone number. Then I created another contact with the same phone number, but with a different extension number. When I called the second contact, I did reach the right person, but the phone displayed the name of the first contact. Hope Samsung will eventually correct this annoying bug.

My phone accidentally dropped out of my pocket on tiled floor in the kitchen. The metal frame bent 1 mm and the glass broke, looks like in those "broken glass" screen savers. My advice to everybody, including myself - never buy a phone without Gorilla glass.

Fantastic Phone...probably the best value for money!!!
The greatest feature is that you can open it by yourself, change the battery! Had 2 of them over the past 2 years...Unproblematic...i can play even most heavy games with no problems!!! Highly recommended!!! You dont need the S6 or S7!

Bought phone 1 month tomorrow..Keeps freezing up on Me!Wizard keeps coming up saying phone not responding would you like to wait"? You hit OK or wait and it still freezes up..Not Impressed at all😡

It took about 25 mins for my phone to update, Really happy with marshmallow its like I have a brand new phone its a lot more responsive, it is faster than it was, games seem to run better, camera opens quick there seem to be extra options for camera that was not there before update, internet is really quick now I Remember it as been a bit slow before update, downloading apps from store seems quicker as well, and I am sure that the do not disturb feature was already on s5 neo before update
