I bought this phone in the UK fully unlocked for all networks. I brought it home to aus and it won't work on telstra it is saying can't register to network enter network unlock pin any ideas

Poor sound quality. Called Samsung about the issue. Want me to send it away for repairs. This is my 2nd Samsung neo in 15 days.
Speaker is horrible and Bluetooth quality to my vehicle is extremely bad. Called my service provider and they couldn't believe the poor sound quality. Also the Samsung tech I spoke with understood my sound issue during our conversation.
Please fix this Samsung. ...really don't want to switch to iPhone.

After having this phone for a month it will not charge.... tried other universal chargers and they do not work. It's rubbish

I write from Switzerland. Got the phone S5 Neo a few days back. When I call people say the sound quality they get is poor. And I find the same. The sound quality is poor. Is it a general problem? I do not know. I think Samsung need to look into the problem and needed recall the product and and fix it. A phone worth 359 Euros we expect no such problem.

After using it for a few months, something has failed in antenna or microphone, not sure. Absolutely imposible to hear when talking to someone. As well nobody could not understand me. Sound was breaking up and vibrating, very similar to low reception, but then it had full bars. No clue. Took it to warranty service.

I have found a bug in the camera usage which is very annoying.When using the flash, the exposure time (lets say shutter speed) should lock to 1/60sec or at least 1/40 sec.Instead,if you shoot in a low light environment it locks down to...1/17sec.At this speed it is almost impossible to hold your hand still, especially when you are at a party or a club, when everyone is moving! The camera drivers have really bad configuration.It is stupid and almost unusable at low light conditions.I contact my country's Samsung branch but from their replies I realized that they didnt understand anything...they told me to take it to the service..are they stupid or not!?!?!? I hope some of you to test it and then post it to Samsung so that they will change it soon.

I tested s5 neo with s5 old.
S5 neo has:
1) Radio
2) Better selfie camera
3) It's a little faster even if you use plenty apks (multitasking) octacore respond perfectly.
4) Better O.S 5.1.1 with upgrade will go 6.0
5) Some workings that does not exist on s5 old. These were belonging on s6.
6)IP 65 that also s5 old has.
7) Cheaper about 70 euros (Greece)
8) Longer battery life
S5 old has:
1)Better normal camera
2) You can tape 4k videos
3) It has better graphics at games and is not lagging
4) Fingerprint
5) Tv mirror screen

There was also something like 5GB with other which I did not bother to redeem.
