Samsung have some build quality issues and customer services are appalling. You cannot beat people up and have them say I love you. Samsung need to grow up and think long term and stop pretending to get better. Battery life is poor in their phones as well which is partly poor design, but mainly down to the chronic amount of bloatware that is running all the time, regardless of the fact that most of it is pants and nobody wants it. If we were allowed to dump a lot of the bloatware, without rooting a phone and thereby negating the warranty, life would be a lot easier for Samsung and for us the customers. Samsung are Arrogant and could do a lot better, but they do not use common sense.

Samsung just aren't quality anymore.... Get Asus for good quality with alot of features and performance. Good Models include Asus Zenfone 2

Hi I wan't to share my experience about the galaxy s6 this is a normal commennt from a normale user I switched from nokia 710 windows phone to the galaxy s6 cause of the price drop , first It's an amazing phone with a super camera especialy in low light people are complaining about the fact that they found Isocell camera instead of sony sensor but I can confirm that the Isocel (wish I have) perform as well as the sony even better in good light conditions , performance are amazing The most of apps in the app store can't take advntage of this processor I hope it will in the future , The Display Is the best in market comparing to s5 The s6 have more natural colours and more pixels of course , The phone is beautiful , well crafted . About heatind I didn't face any heating problem the phone get warm when charging it but it's normal cause of Fast charging ( It charche in 1h:30 min Maximum maybe 60% faster than an Iphone ) comparing the exynos to qualacomm or Nvidia tegra ( I was an old htc one X user ) This phone don't heat a lot but after a long time of playing heavy games the SIM slot get hot sometimes , Thnaks to the glass and aluminium the heat disipation make the phone colder in a little bit time , No phone is perfect i miss the removable battry but the design let me forget about it there is 128 gb model so no complaining about SD card the HOME BUTTON when i oppened the phone for the first time this button made me out of me becaus it' big and you must press at the middle of this think to get back home after 3 days of using it i don't complain about it anymore , The battery : It's a huge mess It can hold the day not more 4h screen on time I am coming from a nokia 2 Days of battery are now just a dream . It's all about the phone I recommend especialy the price dropped now . Sorry about my english I repeat "but" a lot XD

Also battery life is very good. Works very smooth, no lag. For camera I can say that focusing is a bit slow but you can capture amazing pictures. Pictures will be natural and much detailed. I'm extremely satisfied. Also inserted 128GB micro SD card...

Qsilver , 01 Jan 2016I've had mine for a few weeks and I have overheating with b... more+1 I too sold my S6 with loss ..after service center kept me waiting for more than 2 weeks without replacement or refund .. I had color shift issue.. Samsung poor quality control plus poor service .. Good bye Samsung!

There is lag when scrolling up and down. Especially on the Google playstore.

Samsung quality control is non existent. A good spec phone with poor quality components. The Last Samsung for me too after 10 years of blindly buying the brand and being impressed previously.
The S6 is not exactly cheap either.

Undecided, 20 Dec 2015Guys I finally made my choice (Dilemma between S6 or Z5c).
... moreSorry dude, I also got the S6 and was not impressed. My home key got wiggly and loose in 3 days, and my CPU Now overheats reaching 70deg Celsius at times. Excellent specs with poor quality.
I also miss the SD slot - it's so much easier to set up the phone when you get it. I will be giving in mine for repair / replacement. But I won't be buying another Samsung for sure.

I've had CPU heating problems, home button came loose in 3 days, headphones quality was better in the S4. So although the design and specs are good, the actual product might not be...
LG is also cheaper and you can use SD card. Camera in Samsung - they are not using Sony sensors anymore, but their own in house Isocell sensor, so LG camera will be just as good if not better.
Your choice at the end of the day..
