Qsilver, 16 Dec 2015I've got my S6 for just over a week now, as I was not happ... morecompletely agree .. Samsung QA is very bad . I have a huge regret now for buying this phone.. perfect S6 is rare.. some common fault as I checked people reported in XDA are:
1. screen has slight pink and green hue (I am having this )
2. faulty home button (not fitting properly)
3. some visible lines in screen when viewed under sunlight
4. dead pixel in screen, small crack or scratch marks in screen, air bubble inside screen glass, fingerprint mark on front camera lens which is inside the screen glass

scorpio, 14 Dec 2015Great result.No bro.. poor result..the service center asked me to go another service center ..I have now asked for refund..
The top 70% screen has pink tint and bottom 30% has somewhat green..
I just discovered a dark truth for Samsung India.. the service center for premium phones is actually less in number..one which is near my home refused to take my phone and asked me to go one which is far away in the city..no difference with other chinesse brand who has less service centers.
The technicians are not well trained here

The Theme store brings me right back to Symbian days. If Samsung can at least bring back memory card slot in S7 it would help sales. This fast memory they are using is for benchmarks only, transferring recorded 4K video, putting on data can really all be handled by todays memory cards so no reason not to bring back sd card slot.

I have Sam s6 for about 3 months, I experienced the first hang within one week!
After 40 days I found a horizontal line on touch screen fortunately samsung changed it by it's guarantee.
This is not the whole story! Lots of lags and hangs brought to me by this Sam s6! Most of time I was involved with it to restart it again using 3 keys method. Finally one time everything finished, I couldn't turn it on and went to the Sam service, they erased all data and tested it for 10 days finally they told there is no problem on phone! And returned it back to me. It worked only for one day, I return back to Sam service but they replied all the problems are because of Google play service and you should awaiting for new update!!!!
Now it's two days that I can not turn it on and I am using my older phone. I am going to ask for an off days to go to Sam service again to ask for fixing. I am really wondering if all Sam's 6 are like mine or this is a bad chance of mine with this horrible Samsung Galaxy S6?
I think I should pass this phone as a rubbish thing!

I've got my S6 for just over a week now, as I was not happy with the Samsung A3 that I had just purchased a couple of months ago. Had a S4 mini before that (and it was a brilliant phone - loved using it).
Now, back to the S6... after just 3 days, the home key has gotten loose and makes a rattling sound. Annoying for a high end phone! Where's the quality??
Also I've discovered that my S6 doesn't come with the Sony Camera sensor, but has the Samsung made Isocell sensor, which is inferior to the Sony. By the way, all those reviews of the S6 camera shoot outs were probably done with handsets that had the Sony Camera sensors.
Now the shocking bit. Those fancy looking headphones that the S6 comes with... My old S4 mini headphones sound better and has a gold plated plug whereas the S6 is just metal.
I've just done the latest software upgrade today and it has made the phone laggy and noticibly slower when opening apps etc. Come on Samsung, give us a fair deal.
I have been a Pro Samsung person in all my electronics but I think it's time to look at other brands. Clearly we're being duped.
I wonder if that lawsuit against Apple that Samsung has lost has anything to do with the level of quality of its products nowadays....
Pity we don't receive many other brands in South Africa...
I would suggest weighing all your options, don't buy the S6 just because it's a Samsung, it certainly is not worth the premium price for the quality. LG, Huawei give you much more value and they use Sony sensors in their cameras AND those handsets have an SD card slot.
If I had to do it again, I probably would go for the Huawei Mate S.

But now play Real Racing 3 or Dead Trigger 2 on your G4 and see the difference!!
S6 = best gaming experience as well!

The end result is almost the same but LG has 6X better UI cameras and using the camera on the G4 was significantly greater satisfaction .... means under the same roof have S6 and G4, but more wait successor LG
Believe me, not even the Galaxy S6 nothing more fluid, even I dare say that there is no difference but on weaker hardware in G4.
S6 will in a split millisecond open an app fast, that's all, and just move through the menus more than sticking to S6 on G4 .on s6 happen some time to brake, while the G4 is still working fluid

Actually the best phone I've ever had, love technology and mobile phones, can not buy so spear, always wait 6 months after launch to buy and stay in medium with the cell 1 and a half to two years, the mobile phone last had was the iphone 5s have had also the iphone 4s and galaxy s2 and several other models over these 3 were the most significant, recently bought the Galaxy s6 golden flat, was in doubt between the iphone 6, and really not repented, the phone and incredible addition to being the most beautiful phone that has at the moment, the TouchWiz from samsung has improved a lot without locking and very fast, the phone very fast with no locking signal, the camera not need to comment because it was the difference that made me switch to Samsung, finally I loved the shopping, fast mobile phone, beautiful, excellent camera, several different features that are not found in the iPhone.

I have been big Samsung fan going way back but never experienced screen burn. I had my original Galaxy s for yonks putting all sorts of ROMs on to override that RFS file system . Same as my S2 it is still here after 2 years of use but screen burn. If I do witness it I will say but even still it is rare you would notice unless you go out of your way to look for it.
